00:05 On Thursday, the army announced they found the body of Yehudit Weiss, taken hostage on
00:09 October 7th, during their search of the Al Shifa hospital and surrounding area.
00:14 Her husband was killed during the October 7th attack.
00:17 "The body of Yehudit, may her soul rest in peace, was recovered by our forces.
00:24 The 7th Brigade, which was scanning the area near to the Al Shifa hospital, recovered her
00:29 body in one of the homes during that search.
00:33 Near her body was found the bodies of terrorists who were holding her."
00:37 Hamas has said that dozens of captives have been killed in Israeli strikes on Gaza, however
00:41 the group has not provided any evidence.
00:45 In another announcement, the military released footage they claimed revealed a Hamas tunnel
00:50 shaft and a vehicle with weapons at Gaza's Al Shifa hospital complex.
00:55 However the footage could not be independently verified by news organizations.
00:59 "We found a vehicle filled with ammunition, RPGs, AK-47s, we see handcuffs, knives, preparation
01:12 for taking hostages from Israel on the attack of October 7th.

01:27 The announcements come as the Israeli forces conducted searches of the Al Shifa hospital
01:32 following a recent raid.
01:34 However Hamas has denied operating out of medical facilities.
01:38 According to the UN, some 2,300 people are currently in the complex, including patients,
01:44 nursing staff and civilians hoping to flee the war.
