00:06 Two men arrested after a 73-year-old man died when a bridge collapsed on rural farmland
00:12 have been released by police without charge.
00:15 Brian Harwood was among 11 people thrown from an all-terrain vehicle pulling a trailer when
00:21 the bridge gave way in Robendale near Rae on January 18, 2022.
00:27 Mr Harwood from Penrith in Cumbria died at the scene.
00:32 A 55-year-old man from Preston and two men aged 52 and 57 from Lancaster were later arrested
00:39 on suspicion of gross negligence manslaughter.
00:43 The 52-year-old man was later released with no further action and the 55-year-old and
00:49 57-year-old have also now been released with no further action, police have confirmed.
00:56 A small plane made an emergency landing on the beach in Blackpool last night, Thursday
01:02 November 16.
01:04 Police and Coast Guard crews rushed to the scene after the small two-seat single-engine
01:09 aircraft touched down on the beach close to the promenade at around 7pm.
01:16 Efforts swiftly got underway to rescue the plane before the tide came in.
01:22 No injuries were reported as a result of the impromptu landing.
01:26 A man was spotted naked from the waist down during two incidents of indecent exposure
01:31 in Preston.
01:33 The first occurred near Lancaster Canal where it meets Aqueduct Street at around 4pm on
01:38 Monday November 13.
01:40 The suspect is described as a black man aged around 20 to 25 and around 6ft tall.
01:48 He was wearing a dark coloured beanie hat, a mid-thigh length black puffer jacket and
01:54 was naked on the bottom half of his body.
01:57 The second incident happened on Ashmore Street at around 7.30am on Tuesday November 14.
