What has this senior class meant to the program

00:00 - I know you mentioned all the Low Rikers,

00:00 but this senior class as a whole,

00:02 just what have they meant to this program coming in

00:04 during COVID when each of you have been kind of

00:05 being the leaders of this season's team?

00:08 - Yeah, these seniors have done a great job

00:10 of representing the program, first of all,

00:15 representing the university on and off the field.

00:17 Really good group of fine young men

00:23 that I am very proud of the way they've developed

00:27 personally, academically,

00:28 the success that they've had in school

00:31 and developing a career off the field

00:33 and what they've contributed to the team.

00:36 Some of these guys have been fantastic leaders,

00:40 set a great example.

00:42 The one thing that's been really, really good

00:45 over the years for us,

00:46 and these guys did a fantastic job of that as well,

00:50 is the older guys embracing the younger guys

00:53 that come into the program.

00:54 In some places that doesn't happen,

00:57 but it always happens here.

00:58 It's very helpful to the development of our young players.

01:02 We always have a lot of young players who contribute

01:05 because our team turns over faster,

01:07 guys going out for the draft and all that kind of stuff.

01:10 So these guys have done a phenomenal job

01:12 of embracing the young players on our team

01:14 and helping them grow and develop

01:16 and done a fantastic job of representing our program.
