00:03 - So let's start with CD Lamb,
00:04 9,200 on Fandel, 8,500 on DK.
00:07 Keep in mind how we have built our rosters thus far.
00:10 This conversation isn't just in isolation, but it can be.
00:14 So Joe, take it from here.
00:15 - Yeah, I mean, how do you not like CD Lamb this week?
00:19 I mean, how do you not like him every week?
00:20 He is putting on an absolute show.
00:23 I mean, the guy's been incredible.
00:25 And I just, I guess I sit here and it just boggles my mind
00:29 that people could lose such patience with such a talent.
00:32 And I know it was tough.
00:33 Like it didn't look great in the first, you know,
00:35 six weeks of the season, but it's a long season.
00:38 You know, let's not lose our minds here.
00:40 We draft a guy in the first round or second round.
00:43 You've got to stay the course for the most part.
00:45 Like you have to, unless, you know,
00:47 Dak Prescott gets hurt.
00:48 Okay, I understand that.
00:49 For as long as you have your quarterback,
00:51 that's everything.
00:52 I mean, Jamar Chase will tell you that right now.
00:54 Believe me, I'm sure he will.
00:56 But let's look at the volume of CD Lamb
00:58 the last few weeks too.
00:59 We always talk about volume being King,
01:01 a quality of that volumes went off the chart.
01:03 So here you go.
01:04 You're ready to have some fun.
01:05 12 receptions on 14 targets for 158 and two touchdowns.
01:08 That was three weeks ago, two weeks ago,
01:10 11 receptions for six on 16 targets, 191 yards.
01:14 And then last week against the Giants was pretty good.
01:18 It was only 11 receptions on 14 targets and 151 yards.
01:21 Oh, and a touchdown for 34 points.
01:23 So he has gone over 30 points, two weeks in a row.
01:26 I'm not saying he's going to do that again this week,
01:28 but certainly the threshold is there.
01:30 Certainly the opportunity is there.
01:31 Certainly the ability for him to go close to 30
01:33 is there for CD Lamb.
01:35 So I don't know how you fade away from this necessarily.
01:37 In cash games, I think it's an absolute lock.
01:40 Yes, it's expensive, but him and Dak is a good pairing.
01:42 There's other guys that we talked about
01:44 that you can scale down to.
01:45 We talked about saving on the tight end, right?
01:47 You could save on the defense.
01:48 There's ways to do it where you can get these guys
01:50 in your lineup this week.
01:51 But one of the main reasons I want to fade away
01:54 from Christian McCaffrey in that running back spot
01:56 is because I think with Tyree Kiel, with CD Lamb,
01:58 with some of these guys, and Amon Ra, St. Brown,
02:00 playing at the level they are.
02:01 And last week on the show, Matt,
02:03 we talked about the favorite pairing of the week.
02:05 It was Amon Ra and it was CD Lamb.
02:07 And every single lineup I had,
02:08 I had the two of those guys together.
02:09 It was not hard to do.
02:11 And guess what?
02:12 Every single one of those lineups cashed last week,
02:13 which doesn't happen all the time.
02:15 Let me tell you.
02:16 I can tell you, I suffered just with you.
02:17 We all suffer together,
02:19 but on a week where it's just so obvious
02:21 when the answer's there in front of you,
02:23 you go right back to it again.
02:24 And CD Lamb is that guy you go right back to.
02:26 And there's ways, luckily,
02:28 with some of these wide receivers that are popping recently,
02:32 with some of these running backs
02:34 that are getting more opportunities,
02:35 there's ways to find some value
02:37 to make sure you get the CD Lambs, the Hills,
02:40 the Amon Ra's in your lineups.
02:42 Because once again,
02:43 there's no Justin Jefferson this week.
02:45 Jamar Chase going forward
02:46 is probably not going to be a thing.
02:48 So now we have to pivot and look for these other guys
02:50 to carry us in "Daily Fantasy" especially.
