00:00 Yes, it's that festive time of year, it's Christmas and there's lots of Christmas experiences
00:08 happening across Yorkshire. In Leeds you've got Lougherton Hall and Kirkstall Abbey as
00:14 well as the Abbey House Museum which is an awesome place to go to meet Santa and get
00:21 immersed in the past. Then up in Harrogate you've got Stockeld Park and over in Hull
00:28 in East Yorkshire you've got Williams Den. That's without mentioning North Yorkshire
00:34 Moor's railway Santa specials. Yes, you can hop on board an old steam train and meet Santa.
00:43 There's of course the Plotters Forest as well which is a family-friendly adventure to head
00:48 up to. But then if you're going down to South Yorkshire there's some free experiences at
00:54 Barnsley Town Hall, not to mention at Meadow Hall in Sheffield as well as the riding shopping
01:00 centres in Wakefield. And it's this little one's first Christmas and we cannot wait to
01:06 head to York for their Christmas market as well as for a city cruise to meet Santa. Yes,
01:14 we cannot wait. Oh no we can't! And it's Panto season too and there's tons happening across
01:21 the region. One of our favourite Pantos happens at Sheffield City Hall by the Manor Operatics
01:28 Society as well as Leeds City Varieties. We absolutely love their Rock and Roll Panto.
01:36 If we've missed anything let me know below and also if you've tried anything that you
01:42 think we should add or that's new this year let me know @SophieMaylan @YorkshirePost.
