00:00 Pinsala's value has reached almost P200 million in the agriculture sector in Northern Samar due to the widespread flooding.
00:10 President Bambang Marcos was supposed to go to the province but he didn't make it.

00:16 Two days after the heavy flooding, the shear line of different parts of Northern Samar was flooded.
00:24 This is what the Katarman Central School looks like, one of the affected areas.
00:29 Many books and modules are not available.
00:32 Their laptops and desktop computers were also damaged by the flood.
00:35 We will just help, we will do whatever we can.
00:39 Our local government units are there, our provincial government is there.
00:44 President Bambang Marcos is supposed to visit the Katarman Personnel Center.
00:48 But due to bad weather, his airplane was stuck and it crashed in the nearby Takloban Leyte
00:53 where the briefing for the Samar provinces was held.
00:57 The President was in a hurry to distribute aid to the affected areas and assured that there are enough food packs and water
01:03 for those who were evacuated to evacuation centers or the homes of their relatives.
01:08 The President also told the DPWH to make it easier to accommodate the damaged roads.
01:13 The affected houses are also expected to receive financial assistance from the DSWD.
01:18 President Marcos also visited General Santos City to find out the situation of the magnitude 6.8 flood this Friday.
01:26 The government is ready to help the victims of the flood, but it's not something that can be done immediately.
