00:07 More than a decade later, their appeal is still in court.

00:13 Dato Andal Ampatuan Jr. was sentenced to up to 200 years in prison.
00:20 For this, in 21 cases of GRAF,
00:22 including the fuel supply contract in 2008,
00:26 he is paying more than P40 million with an interest rate of 6% per year.
