00:18:55 The person who duct taped me to the wall

00:18:58 This is how it'll work.

00:18:59 You will be selecting one member of your tribe

00:19:02 to be duct taped to the wall behind you.

00:19:05 You're trying to get them above the top line of your tribe's

00:19:10 symbol down here.

00:19:11 They're going to try and stay above that line for two

00:19:14 minutes.

00:19:14 If at any point they drop off or their feet go below the line,

00:19:17 the timer stops and restarts.

00:19:19 They must be above the line.

00:19:22 The people who are not going on the wall

00:19:23 will be retrieving rolls of duct tape.

00:19:26 You'll have helmets on your head with plates.

00:19:28 You also have a number on the helmet.

00:19:30 You are getting duct tape from that corresponding station

00:19:33 on your helmet.

00:19:34 When you get a roll of duct tape, just one,

00:19:36 you put it on your helmet and you head back to the wall.

00:19:39 If a roll of duct tape falls off your helmet,

00:19:42 you've got to go back to the station and get another one.

00:19:45 Once all five members in order on your tribe

00:19:48 have received a roll of duct tape and brought it back,

00:19:51 you can begin taping someone to the wall.

00:19:54 After that, you can send someone out one at a time
