00:39 This was the message received by the Syrians and Palestinians participating in the press
00:43 conference where the Venezuelan diplomatic corps reaffirmed that the struggle of the
00:50 Venezuelan people was similar to that of its Syrian and Palestinian brothers against a
00:53 common enemy who, following its colonial interests, is trying to seize their lands and natural
00:58 resources.
01:02 What we saw in this conference is the big similarity between the Venezuelan cause and
01:06 ours, above all between Balfour's British promise and the British role in the case of
01:11 the ezequivo.
01:12 So, as peoples, we have a common enemy and endure the same hardships, and so it is totally
01:17 illogical to separate our national struggles, and so it is imperative to fight together
01:22 in defense of our causes.
01:30 The representatives of the government, political parties, and social, cultural, and religious
01:33 groups in Syria, together with the Palestinian forces attending the conference, expressed
01:38 their support to Venezuela in the constitutional step to be taken, which is the consulted referendum
01:42 for the ezequivo.
01:43 They called for a united front to fight for the defense of this just Venezuelan cause
01:47 and those of other nations too, as a whole, in one only struggle for the well-being of
01:52 the free peoples of the world.
01:58 Today is the International Day of Solidarity with the Palestinian people, and Venezuela
02:01 always expressed its support with our people, and we today ratify our solidarity with the
02:06 people of Venezuela in its struggle in defense of its sovereignty.
02:10 We reiterate that we are at its side in the fight against the hegemonic powers that want
02:14 to impose their rule to the world, and we must face those powers with unity as one solid
02:18 bloc.
02:19 We can act separately in defense of our causes and our rights.
02:23 It is imperative to be united, to be allied, to cooperate with all people that defend their
02:28 just national causes, which we consider ours also, in order to frustrate the plans of the
02:34 colonialists, of the hegemonic powers.
02:37 And today, after what happened in Gaza, the conditions are ripe of our union.
02:46 Next December the 3rd, a new dawn will rise for Venezuela and its allies and friends around
02:50 the world.
02:51 The victory of the Venezuelan people in its struggle for the defense of its land and sovereignty
02:55 will also be a victory for the rest of the peoples that always counted on the support
02:59 by that South American nation in their fight to recover their stolen lands and usurped
