00:46Cuba.
00:47We begin with the news, millions of citizens around the world manifest to honor the memory
00:52of the Hezbollah leader and to reject the crimes perpetrated by Israel.

01:19martyrs.

01:25of the violence of the Israeli occupier and the complicity of the United States.
01:33And on Sunday, Israeli occupational forces launched a new airstrike on southern Beirut,
01:38the capital of Lebanon.
01:40Israel confirmed that the attack was carried out with fighter jets on the Dahez suburb
01:44south of the Lebanese capital.
01:46Also on Sunday, there was a second Israeli strike in the town of Kup Janin in the Beka
01:50Valley where a senior member of the Egyptian Islamic group was killed along with his wife
01:54and some other relatives.
01:55These attacks followed the one launched by Israel on Friday, September 27th in that same
01:59suburb against the Hezbollah resistance movement headquarters, resulting in the assassination
02:03of several Hezbollah leaders, including its top commander, Hassan Nasrallah.
02:13And also in Lebanon, over 1,600 people have been killed by Israeli shelling in recent

03:08We condemn the assassination of Hezbollah commander Hassan Nasrallah.
03:11Lebanon and Palestine are one heart, one struggle, that makes U.S. continue the fig thing.
03:17If they killed the Hezbollah leader, there are thousands of leaders born every day.
03:21I believe that the Israeli genocide with Netanyahu must stop.
03:24It cannot be that the permanent genocide continues, enough is enough.
03:28And that is what all the peoples, all the parties, all the countries of the world have
03:32to do, in the face of murder, in the face of genocide, in the face of an ethnic cleansing
03:37of Palestine, Gaza, the West Bank, today Lebanon and tomorrow.
03:42We don't know.
03:43This plan of Israeli occupation, not only leads to Palestine, but it is also leading
03:47to all the surrounding countries.
03:49We condemn this.
04:04The bombing of Israel to Lebanon is a terrorist act against civilians.
04:08Hundreds of civilians were killed there.
04:09There is no military solution, there is no violent solution, the only solution for the
04:14problems in the Middle East in general and in the areas of Palestine, Israel, Lebanon
04:19etc.
04:20In particular, it is not a military solution, it is a political solution and we all know,
04:25everybody knows that this is the solution.
04:27End the war in Gaza, end the war in Lebanon, and end the occupation in the West Bank, Gaza,
04:33and West Jerusalem.
04:34There is nothing we have to do, but end the violence of the occupation.
04:41And in Syria, the Iraqi resistance has bombed an illegal U.S. military base in the northern
04:45part of the Deir ez-Zor province, some 450 kilometers northeast of Damascus.
04:50According to local media, the Iraqi resistance attacks carried out with shells and chemical
04:54acid drones in the tank division headquarters in the Conico gas field.
04:57The attacks are in retaliation for the Israeli and U.S. attacks on the Harabej neighborhood,
05:02in which at least eight people were killed.
05:04Syrian government has repeatedly denounced that the illegal military occupation by U.S.
05:08forces in the country is aimed at extracting mineral resources and destabilizing the country.

05:23leader Nasser al-Hasrallah this past Friday, September 27th in Beirut.

05:47prevented people from marching to the U.S. consulate.

05:59Brigadier General and Deputy Chief of Operations of the Iranian Islamic Revolutionary Guard
06:03Abbas Nilfour Roushan.
06:05Iranian foreign ministry underlined that the attack against the capital of Lebanon was
06:09a cruel and cowardly act that showed the terrorist nature of the Israeli occupation and its allies.
06:14Likewise, the foreign ministry detailed that the Iranian parliament is discussing the proposals
06:19to be submitted to the Supreme Security Council on a forceful response against the Labi for
06:23its crimes.
06:24All this after the events of Friday, September 27th, where Brigadier General Abbas Nilfour
06:28Roushan and the leader of the Lebanese resistance, Hassan Nasrallah, were killed by Israel during
06:33a bombing of Hezbollah's headquarters in the south of Beirut.
06:41And the government of Iran has asked the United Nations for an emergency cessation of the
06:44Security Council to stop Israel's aggressions against Lebanon.
06:49Iran's U.N. Representative Amirzadeh Erevani condemned the assassination of resistance
06:53leader Martyr Sayyid Hassan Nasrallah, demanded sanctions against the Netanyahu administration
06:58and urged the Security Council to immediately pass a resolution to stop the Syrian genocide
07:04and avoid dragging the region into conflict.
07:07The Iranian diplomat said the United States is Israel's accomplice in the criminal aggressions
07:11carried out against the Palestinian and Lebanese people.

08:24Hebron, three more in the village of al-Amari, two in the city of Nablus, another two in

08:3810,700 have been detained in the West Bank since the beginning of the Israeli aggression
08:43in October 2023.
08:49And in the Netherlands, dozens of citizens took to the streets of Amsterdam in solidarity
08:53with the peoples of Palestine and Lebanon following the latest Israeli aggressions in
08:57the region.
08:58Gathered at Dam Square under the slogan, We Will Not Be Silenced, demonstrators rejected
09:02the crimes and genocide of the occupation Israeli army in the Gaza Strip.
09:08They also condemned the assassination of the Hezbollah Lebanese resistance movement leader
09:11Hassan Nasrallah last Friday, September 27, in Beirut.
09:15Those in the Netherlands joined several countries that have denounced to the world the Israeli
09:19aggressions in Palestine and Lebanon.
09:27Ukrainian forces have used artillery to destroy a transformer at the Hraduga power substation
09:32in Energodar near the separation nuclear power plant.
09:35The transformer was hit by a missile because firefighters are currently working at the
09:39site.
09:40Still, the city's infrastructure is at risk of power outage, although power supply to
09:44the power station remains stable.
09:46Russian authorities have described the attack as a terrorist act aimed at destabilizing
09:49the situation in that region.
09:55And the people of Venezuela mobilized nationwide to celebrate two months since the victory
09:59of President Nicolas Maduro in the July 28 elections.
10:02The main marches took place in the city of Caracas, with two mobilizations crossing the
10:06capital.
10:07The first of them started in the morning at the headquarters of the National Electoral
10:10Council in Plaza Venezuela, where hundreds of demonstrators gathered to defend peace
10:15and reject the fascist actions promoted by the Venezuelan far-right together with its
10:19international allies.
10:20Likewise, caravans of motorcycles left from the Petare and La Vega parishes, Venezuelan
10:25President Nicolas Maduro affirmed that two months after his electoral victory, the people
10:29of Venezuela consolidated national peace in the face of Cuba's attempts.
10:37President Maduro reaffirmed the determination of the Venezuelan government to stand by its
10:41people to protect them, in contrast with other political leaders who have preferred to protect
10:45themselves and their families.
10:51Two months, 60 days, and here we are standing, on the street, with the victorious people,
11:05and moving towards more revolution, towards more homeland.
11:15We are not in Madrid, we are not in a corner, we are on the street, in La Guaira.
11:24And the President made reference to the hours of terror attributed to the extremist opposition
11:28from one of the states most affected by the post-election violence.
11:36One of the states that suffered the most violent and criminal attack was here, in La Guaira.
11:43They threatened the community leaders, Yubesh Street, and they had the audacity to tear
11:51down a beautiful statue, that General Garcia Carneiro left us, of our beloved and dear
12:02Commander Hugo Rafael Chavez Frias, and we told the fascists that they will not pass
12:08through La Guaira, and for every statue they knock down, 100 will be raised by the hand
12:18of the people, by the hand of the artists.
12:23The head of state criticized former candidate González Urrutia's abandonment of his militancy,
12:28to whom he said he hid his plans until the last minute.
12:35What would you think if suddenly, the 28th, the 29th, the 30th, and the 31st of August
12:43comes, and Maduro does not appear?
12:54And suddenly Maduro appears in another country.
12:59Can that be called a leader?
13:01Is such a person ready to lead a country?
13:05He is a coward, because every criminal is a coward.
13:17Then he came to ask for cocoa, and came out from the shadow of Maria Corina, and now he
13:23fell into the fangs of the vampire, from Maria Corina to the vampire.

14:13heavy rains.
14:14The Interior Ministry added that heavy rains caused major flooding in Kathmandu, the capital,
14:18and in the central and eastern parts of the country.
14:21Since Friday, several rivers overflowed their banks, and authorities feared that the death
14:25toll could increase.
14:26Rescue and search efforts have been hindered by the large mud formations that prevent the
14:30brigades from operating.
14:31The country has not seen rainfall like this since 1970, where authorities recorded 242
14:38millimeters of rain in just 24 hours in Kathmandu.
14:41And in the United States, the death toll following the passage of Hurricane Helen rose to 63.
14:51Authorities are currently deployed in the affected areas to search for missing people
14:55and possible survivors of the tragedy in several states in the south and east.
14:59Emergency teams are also working to restore power and deal with the consequences of the
15:03hurricane, including flooded roads and damage to homes.
15:07Authorities declared a federal emergency in six states, among them Alabama, Florida, and
15:11North Carolina.
15:14Meanwhile, in Mexico, authorities reported at least 24 deaths following the passage of
15:20Hurricane John through the south of the country.
15:23The National Coordination of Civil Protection detailed that in Acapulco, nearly 5,000 people
15:27were affected.
15:28So far, 3,300 of them are already in temporary shelters.
15:32Meanwhile, in the town of Oaxaca, five people lost their lives during a landslide caused
15:36by the intense rainfall.
15:37The passage of this weekend's storm has caused damage to infrastructure and flooding in several
15:41regions of the country.
15:58The government of Nicaragua continues to deliver new and modern sports stadiums to its population.
16:06In Managua, correspondent Kenya Doña with the report.
16:10On this occasion, the Rigoberto López-Pérez Stadium was inaugurated in the city of León,
16:16located in the western part of the country.
16:18The stadium is named after the Nicaraguan revolutionary Rigoberto López-Pérez, who
16:24is remembered for having executed the dictator Anastasio Somoza García.
16:36Enjoying this beautiful, first world, first line stadium, which many thought was something
16:42fictitious and look at it here it is for us.
16:45It is very important because the truth is that we are seeing the retribution of the
16:50effort made by the government.
16:54Our youth is no longer carrying rifles, they are carrying backpacks, we are full of projects.
17:02Those projects can be seen in every structure, in free health care, in free education, things
17:07that we did not enjoy before.
17:10That was Rigoberto's dream and not only Rigoberto's, but also of those anonymous heroes who also
17:16fell in the mountains.
17:19Thanks to the policy of our good government presided over by Commander Daniel and Comrade
17:25Rosario, we are inaugurating this beautiful jewel, this beautiful project that has come
17:30to satisfy and above all to fill U.S. with great joy.
17:37During the inauguration of this important sports facility, a friendly game was played
17:41between the national team and the Caracas Senators of Venezuela, strengthening international
17:47ties in the sports field.
17:58We are really happy to be here.
18:00We are happy about the invitation.
18:02They have treated us very well.
18:04The welcome they have given us has been spectacular and I hope the fans enjoy a good show.
18:12Look, everything is very nice, tremendous organization, tremendous stadium, I hope it
18:16will be repeated and that they continue to do something more in the future because this
18:20helps baseball to grow worldwide.
18:30Nicaragua currently has sports infrastructures that meet high international standards, which
18:35not only allows for the promotion of sports at the national level, but also for the organization
18:40of large-scale events.
18:43Now we can ask for any international series.
18:47We can without fear to ask for any championship series, at world level or any, because we
18:53have three world-class stadiums.
19:00These investments also generate significant commercial dynamism, benefiting the local economy.
19:07The opening of the stadium not only benefits me, but also benefits us as a workshop with
19:13the elaboration of shirts and caps, IT also benefits the merchants, from CAB drivers to
19:19those who will sell at the stadium, or those who already work at the stadium, such as those
19:24who will work in maintenance.
19:26It is an opening of opportunities for everyone.
19:31With these advances, Nicaragua reaffirms its commitment to sports as an engine of social
19:37and economic development for the country.
19:45We have come to the end of this newsreel.
