00:02 - Let's talk about that Friday Night Football game
00:04 out on the West Coast in Las Vegas.
00:06 That's the Oregon Ducks and the Washington Huskies,
00:08 a rematch of a game that came right down to the end of it.
00:11 Most people saying, "Hey, Dan Lanning,
00:12 you don't have to be so aggressive.
00:13 You could have came away with that victory."
00:15 Well, now is the chance that they can get back
00:17 at the Washington Huskies.
00:18 The line on this game seems a little bit inflated
00:20 to me at nine and a half.
00:21 So let me ask you these two questions,
00:23 which I've been doing all week long.
00:24 Number one, who do you think is gonna win
00:26 this football game?
00:26 And number two, is that line inflated
00:28 because if Oregon wins this football game,
00:30 they still might need some extra help
00:32 by saying to the committee,
00:33 "Hey guys, we won by double digits here, let us in."
00:36 - It's only happened a couple of times, I think,
00:40 since this all began, where you go into a championship game
00:43 and an undefeated team going up against a one loss team
00:47 is somehow this big of a underdog here.
00:51 I think it was back in Alabama
00:52 was the last time it happened moons ago.
00:55 But it does feel like there's one team
00:59 coming into playing their best football right now.
01:02 And it feels like there's another team
01:04 that is holding on to dear life here.
01:06 And I don't know how much is left in the tank for Washington.
01:09 It's been an unbelievable season,
01:11 but this last month has been grueling for them.
01:14 And when Panics can't even watch the end of the game,
01:18 they are against Washington State and the field goal
01:20 to be good because he basically had nothing left in the tank.
01:24 Oregon is pissed off.
01:25 Oregon feels they should have won the first game.
01:28 And quite honestly, ever since that loss,
01:31 they have been on a mission here.
01:33 And listen, the committee's already told you
01:35 who they want to win.
01:37 They want Oregon with this final tally here
01:43 before the championship games.
01:45 They've basically given Oregon the opportunity to win
01:48 and really be in.
01:50 And I think that's what's going to happen here.
01:52 I think it's been a hell of a run,
01:54 but I also think I don't want to lay $3
01:57 with Oregon as a Moneyline favorite,
02:00 but I still think you can get Bo Nix
02:02 at a pretty decent price to beat a Heisman winner
02:04 because if he wins this game,
02:06 hand him the trophy here, guys.
02:09 I think that's only a buck 50 or a minus 160.
02:11 So I think those two things are correlated.
02:14 (upbeat music)
02:17 you
