02:04 Secondly, I reiterate the support of this and I would praise the excellent execution,
02:20 the excellent organisation of this election on consultative referendum and I just urge
02:33 to continue taking the proper actions to defence this Ezequiel territory.
02:45 Third, as a senior of judiciary power, I resume the commitment to the people of Venezuela
