00:00 Four resolutions supporting the amnesty of members of several rebelling groups
00:06 were approved by the House Committee on Justice and the House Committee on National Defense and Security.
00:12 Congressmen also responded to the opposition of the Vice President in the Peace Negotiation Plan
00:19 to the Communist Party. Tina Pangniban Perez was also involved.
00:26 The decades of rebellion of various groups in the country
00:30 is expected to begin at the end of the approval at the committee level of the four House concurrent resolutions.

00:41 that gives amnesty to members of the RMRP/RPA Alex Boncayang Brigade,
00:47 CPP-NPANDF, MILF, and MNLF

01:45 But yesterday, Vice President Sara Duterte called for the revival of peace talks.
01:53 Mr. President, the government's statement with the NDFP in Oslo was an agreement with the devil.
02:01 They will use this peace negotiation to betray the government and to deceive the people.
02:08 We appeal to your power to review these proclamations and agreements.
02:13 Malacanang has not yet responded.
02:15 Secretary Galvez said that the Vice President will explain what will happen.
