00:12 I do a lot of activewear reviews.
00:13 We also have some occasional appearances of my girl Peach
00:16 when she's not trying to eat the activewear
00:18 that is on the ground.
00:19 Anyways, today we're talking about the brand, Actiwear.
00:21 I have my computer here so we can do some investigating.
00:24 First of all, I just wanna say
00:25 I'm not an Actiwear ambassador or anything.
00:26 I don't have a code or anything.
00:28 So this is all 100% unbiased, honest opinions,
00:31 which is like kind of a theme on my channel.
00:33 So if you've ever been in the Instagram activewear community
00:37 or even not, you might've heard of the brand, Actiwear.
00:40 You may not have known this,
00:41 I didn't know this for a long time,
00:42 but Actiwear used to actually be Cora.
00:44 When I found Actiwear and actually tried their stuff,
00:47 I didn't actually realize they were Cora.
00:48 I thought that it was like a total different brand.
00:50 So slight spoiler, I actually do like their activewear,
00:53 but like all their marketing tactics
00:54 kind of threw me off at first.
00:55 So I just wanted to like go over
00:57 because a lot of you guys have asked me
00:59 if you should be an Actiwear ambassador/Cora ambassador
01:02 and what it's all about.
01:03 So before I even had a fitness account or anything,
01:05 I actually saw an ad for Cora
01:07 saying that they were like recruiting ambassadors.
01:09 And I was like, oh, that might be fun.
01:11 So I applied, immediately got accepted,
01:14 and then I did nothing with it.
01:15 And keep in mind, I was accepted right away
01:17 and I had a personal Instagram,
01:19 zero fitness posts at all, about a thousand followers.
01:22 Why was I a good person to be an ambassador?
01:24 So what made me wanna do this review again
01:26 was that I actually came across
01:28 one of their ads a second time.
01:29 It came up, I was scrolling on my Instagram feed.
01:31 It was like, "Apply to be an Actiwear ambassador."
01:33 So I looked into it and went into the application
01:36 and here is the sitch.
01:37 Since I actually do partner
01:39 with activewear brands regularly,
01:40 how they usually go is that you get
01:42 a monthly allotment of product.
01:43 Either you get paid for posts
01:45 or you can get commission based on sales.
01:48 And if they are paying you
01:49 or even if they're sending you monthly stuff,
01:50 usually you have an agreed upon number of posts
01:52 you post for the month,
01:53 or else it's just kind of one-sided
01:55 'cause they'd just be sending you stuff
01:56 and you wouldn't be doing anything in return.
01:58 So yes, this is not a way to get free activewear.
02:00 If it sounded too good to be true, it's because it was.
02:03 All you get is a personal 30% off discount.
02:05 Let me just tell you who in this partnership
02:07 is really benefiting.
02:08 So if you have any sort of social media following
02:11 or are an influencer, your account is growing in any way,
02:14 this isn't the kind of thing I would jump into.
02:16 You're basically still paying around $60
02:18 for a pair of leggings
02:19 and obviously you're gonna buy more.
02:21 And you're paying that
02:22 and then going on to promote their product,
02:25 which is something that ideally they would pay for.
02:28 So you're kind of double paying them.
02:30 You're giving them free advertising
02:31 and you're also giving them revenue.
02:32 So if you are an influencer,
02:34 I would definitely wait if you get these kinds of offers.
02:36 This isn't just activewear, this is in general.
02:38 I would definitely wait and not jump on the offers
02:40 that require you to pay for product and then promote it.
02:42 I'm not saying this program isn't for everyone though.
02:44 If you like their clothing
02:45 and just want a personal 30% off discount code
02:47 and expect nothing in return,
02:49 by all means, go for it
02:50 because you have 30% off for life basically.
02:53 And if you're not an influencer,
02:55 hate that word,
02:56 30% off is probably the best you're going to get
02:57 in terms of discounts from activewear
02:59 except for like maybe once or twice a year sales.
03:01 So it's actually not a horrible deal.
03:03 And by the looks of the application,
03:04 it doesn't look like there's any requirements
03:06 on the part of the ambassador.
03:07 So basically you can just get 30% off
03:09 and not even have any required posts.
03:12 So if they're not really requiring posts,
03:13 there's really no harm done.
03:14 You're just getting a 30% off discount code.
03:16 But if you are someone who is trying to grow a page
03:19 and like be an influencer type person,
03:21 this isn't the kind of deal I would look for.
03:23 Okay, so that's kind of all I have to say about that part.
03:25 It's not a scam at all.
03:26 I just think it's a marketing tactic for them
03:28 to get people to try their brand.
03:30 'Cause I know a ton of people who are activewear ambassadors.
03:33 Another side note I wanted to mention about the brand
03:34 is they actually have a really cool charity
03:36 like giving back program.
03:37 So they're partnered with four different charities
03:39 and every purchase you make,
03:40 you get to choose which of their four charities
03:42 you'd like to donate some of the proceeds to.
03:44 It doesn't cost any more for the consumer,
03:46 but activewear does give a certain percentage
03:48 of the profits to a charity, which is really nice.
03:51 They have one that gives clean water to certain populations,
03:54 one for hunger, one for human trafficking,
03:56 and one for mental health.
03:57 So you kind of got a little bit everything in there.
03:59 So you can choose which one you want.
04:01 If you see on a lot of their clothing,
04:02 they have like four dots somewhere on it.
04:03 And the four dots are to represent
04:05 the four charities they give to.
04:06 So I just thought that was kind of cool.
04:07 Anyways, let's talk about the clothes.
04:09 Okay, so Peach has decided to set up shop on my lap here.
04:12 So I guess I'm gonna be sitting for the rest of the video.
04:14 First, I'm gonna talk about their seamless leggings.
04:16 So these are just called the seamless leggings
04:18 and they're $86.
04:19 So they're definitely pricey, but you know,
04:21 you could get 30% off discount,
04:23 but then they're still like 50 to 60.
04:24 So they're expensive, but they are really good quality.
04:27 And I really, really like them.
04:29 They come in a bunch of different colors.
04:30 I have this like ocean color,
04:32 which is a really pretty kind of like sage green teal.
04:34 And then they also have this kind of like
04:35 corally orange color, which is super cute.
04:38 So they're a super thick, compressive, seamless legging.
04:40 They have a ribbed seamless waistband
04:42 and the fabric all the way down
04:44 is a really plush marled material.
04:45 It's a really classic marled fabric.
04:47 It's not going to collect any lint or pill.
04:49 And it's also not like shiny.
04:50 They do have this kind of like woven booty contour
04:53 that goes right underneath the butt.
04:54 It's not a booty contour that's really prominent,
04:56 but it does actually like really hug you in under your butt,
04:58 which makes it really nice in the booty.
05:00 Then they have some mesh paneling on the bottom.
05:02 They call it mesh paneling online,
05:04 but it doesn't, I feel like,
05:05 provide much more breathability.
05:06 It's still very opaque.
05:08 And then they have some contour details around the front.
05:10 So here are the seamless leggings.
05:12 They're a high rise, go back to my belly button.
05:14 They're about a medium compression,
05:16 but they do feel like a high compression
05:18 right below the booty where they have the booty contour.
05:20 Even though they're slightly compressive
05:22 and they are seamless,
05:23 I still feel like they give a good shape to the booty.
05:26 I'm almost might say high on the booty scale.
05:28 For now I'm going to say medium to high,
05:29 but I do think it's very flattering on the glutes.
05:32 My only thing about the waistband
05:33 is sometimes it kind of dips down in the back.
05:35 It goes up higher on the sides
05:37 because like I think like my butt
05:39 just might take up a little more space,
05:41 but I don't usually have that problem with seamless leggings.
05:43 So there is something to note
05:44 if like that would bother you.
05:46 It does have a tiny bit of crotch gathering,
05:47 like some seamless leggings have,
05:49 but it's not major and there's no camel toe.
05:51 The waistband is much more compressive than the leggings
05:53 and I've worn these several times
05:54 and they haven't stretched out.
05:56 Because of this little under booty contour
05:57 and just like the general thickness of the fabric,
05:59 I would say these are probably cellulite friendly,
06:01 not cellulite proof,
06:03 because I don't think anything is truly cellulite proof,
06:05 but it will be pretty cellulite friendly.
06:06 They do go right to my ankle.
06:08 They're basically a full length.
06:09 I am 5'9", so I'm on the tall side.
06:12 They kind of feel like the Gymshark Camo Seamless,
06:14 except I think they're a little bit softer.
06:16 The fabric composition is 56% nylon, 41% polyester,
06:20 3% spandex.
06:21 They are totally true to size.
06:22 I wear a size small in these and it's perfect.
06:25 I don't know how sweat proof they would be.
06:27 I don't really sweat like a ton during my workouts
06:28 'cause I don't do a lot of cardio,
06:30 so it's hard for me to ever know,
06:32 but I wouldn't expect them to be like entirely sweat proof.
06:34 And I've worn them a bunch of times to the gym
06:36 and haven't had a single issue with any seams
06:38 or any like quality issues and they are totally squat proof.

06:45 To go with the leggings, they also have a sports bra.
06:47 The sports bra is $56, so also quite pricey.
06:50 The sports bra has a ribbed band along the bottom
06:53 that goes seamlessly with the top.
06:54 Same fabric as the leggings.
06:56 It also has the kind of mesh detail along the side
06:59 and some contour details.
07:00 In the back, it's essentially a racer back
07:02 with a little cutout.
07:03 The sports bra does have removable cup pads and yeah.
07:06 Next we have the sports bra.
07:08 Since it's the same fabric as the leggings,
07:09 it does provide a good amount of compression.
07:11 It also has a really good amount of coverage.
07:13 I don't really have any cleavage,
07:14 but it still has a scoop neck.
07:16 I'm not getting any side boob spillage
07:17 and this doesn't cut under my arms at all.
07:19 It's always been like super comfortable when I've worn it.
07:21 The back is cute.
07:23 It's a little more breathable
07:24 than just a regular racer back.
07:25 If you have a slightly smaller chest,
07:27 this might be more of like a long line sports bra.
07:29 I know on some people it almost kind of looks
07:31 like a crop top just 'cause it extends a little bit down,
07:33 but I do have a bigger cup size so my boobs
07:35 just like take up a little more space.
07:36 So this fits me like a normal bra.
07:39 I'd give this a medium to high support.
07:41 It actually really does hold you in really nicely
07:43 and it has a lot of coverage.
07:44 So I haven't had an issue, like a lot of jiggling
07:47 and I would wear this for like a more high impact workout.
07:49 Yeah, I think this set together is super, super cute.
07:52 It's definitely one of my favorite seamless sets
07:53 I have at the moment.
07:54 It is in the higher price range
07:56 and I do usually review like more affordable stuff,
07:58 but if you are looking to like splurge a little bit,
08:00 it is really nice.
08:01 Next I have, I believe these are called the Inlux shorts.
08:04 I have these in a coral color
08:06 and then also this little like ocean green color
08:09 like the seamless leggings.
08:10 These are basically just a classic pair of shorts,
08:12 about a four inch inseam
08:14 and they do also have a seamless waistband at the top.
08:16 So meaning they don't have like an elastic
08:18 at the top of the band,
08:19 which means it's probably not gonna cut
08:20 into like a muffin top region.
08:22 These do run a little bit small though,
08:24 so I'll show you when we try on.
08:26 So here are the shorts.
08:27 I didn't talk about the fabric yet,
08:28 but it's a super soft, almost brush fabric.
08:31 It's not super fuzzy
08:32 and I haven't had an issue with any lint or pilling yet.
08:35 The fabric itself is super stretchy.
08:37 I don't know what it is about shorts,
08:38 but I can almost never wear my same size
08:40 of leggings in shorts.
08:41 These are small and like they're squishing me
08:44 in all sorts of places.
08:45 Usually sizing up helps,
08:46 but they're really squishing my thighs like a lot.
08:49 Like these would totally fit me in a pair of leggings,
08:51 but like the seams are cutting into my thighs so much
08:54 that I honestly haven't even worn these to the gym
08:56 because I just like don't really like how this part looks.
08:59 They are flattering on the booty
09:00 and the seams do go above the butt,
09:02 which you guys know I like.
09:03 That's always flattering on the booty
09:04 and they have seamless waistband.
09:06 So like everything up here is all good.
09:08 It's also just causing some camel toe issues
09:10 and the seams are just overall tight.
09:13 So definitely size up for these.
09:14 I don't know if that would solve this problem,
09:15 but usually it helps.
09:17 But yeah, we're just having some like seam issues.
09:19 I would like to try these in a pair of leggings
09:20 because I do like how the waist feels and everything,
09:23 but the shorts are a no for me.
09:26 To go with the shorts, I have the Inlux Crop Bra.
09:33 This was also $56.
09:34 You have a simple ActiWear logo in the front
09:36 and then the four dots at the back.
09:38 Oh my gosh, hello.
09:39 It's basically just your classic
09:42 spaghetti strap sports bra.
09:43 Has a little more support than most spaghetti straps.
09:46 It does have a double strap
09:47 and then two of the straps kind of taper in at the back
09:50 and then two of them just go straight up and down.
09:52 The sports bra also has removable cup pads,
09:54 but it does have that kind of like stitching
09:56 in the middle of the cup pads.
09:57 So they're not gonna like all collect in the middle
09:59 or go to one side.
10:00 Next we have the bra.
10:01 It's called a crop bra,
10:03 but it's definitely like just a bra.
10:04 I don't think this is in any way a crop top.
10:06 I do find it super flattering though.
10:08 It's a scoop neck and it has a little more cleavage
10:11 than the seamless bra, but still not a ton.
10:13 It's just a little less coverage in general
10:15 than the seamless bra,
10:16 but it actually does provide a good amount of support.
10:18 Usually I just swear off spaghetti strap bras,
10:20 but this one actually has a decent amount of support.
10:22 Maybe it's the two straps.
10:23 Maybe it's the compression here.
10:25 I don't know, but I actually really like it.
10:26 I have paired this bra with some of the seamless leggings
10:29 just 'cause I don't really like the shorts.
10:31 But yeah, super cute in the back too.
10:32 It has this little three dot detail.
10:34 It's honestly a medium support.
10:36 I'm really not having a lot of jiggling here.
10:38 It's actually pretty good.
10:39 So yeah, I don't wear this with the shorts.
10:40 I don't like the shorts, but I do like the top.
10:42 I also have their seamless legacy leggings in black.
10:44 These are a little bit different
10:46 than the other seamless leggings.
10:48 The ribbed detailing on the band is a little more prominent.
10:51 They also have a ribbed detail down the side
10:53 and they do not have that mesh detail at the bottom.
10:56 They have a similar kind of under booty,
10:58 like I don't know, tightening region.
11:00 It's not really a contour,
11:02 but it really sucks in the butt right underneath
11:04 to really lift it.
11:06 These are also $86.
11:07 Okay, so these are the black seamless leggings.
11:10 These ones do have more of a ribbed feel.
11:12 They're not entirely ribbed,
11:13 but they do have that kind of ribbed detail
11:15 that goes all the way down the side,
11:16 but it's not on the inside.
11:17 These have a medium to high compression,
11:20 a little bit more than the other seamless leggings.
11:22 It's probably due to the darker fabric though.
11:24 Sometimes darker fabrics, something about the dye
11:26 just makes them a little bit more stiff.
11:28 I still feel like these are stretchy,
11:29 but slightly less than the other colors
11:31 and a little bit more compression.
11:33 Basically similar everything to the other seamless leggings.
11:36 I think these probably are just a medium
11:38 on the booty scale though,
11:39 'cause the booty contour isn't quite as prominent,
11:41 but the same length as the other ones as well.
11:43 And then they still do that thing
11:44 where the waistband kind of dips down in the back,
11:46 which I don't understand why this happens, but fine.
11:50 They're similar thickness to the other ones,
11:52 so I'd also say slightly friendly.
11:53 And no camel toe, there's no front seam,
11:55 and they're also black, so you can't really see that.

12:00 Okay, this might be my favorite piece,
12:04 just because I think it's so cute,
12:05 but this is the Legacy Windbreaker.
12:07 This is $88, so it's definitely pricey,
12:10 and it doesn't keep you very warm,
12:12 but I don't think that's the point of it.
12:13 But I mean, this is so stinking cute.
12:15 Do you see it?
12:16 I mean, it does usually have a drawstring,
12:18 but Peach played with mine and I lost the drawstring,
12:21 so now I don't have one.
12:22 It's made of a really nice windbreaker material,
12:24 but it's not super loud.
12:26 It definitely has a kind of like,
12:27 (imitates windbreaker)
12:28 windbreaker material, but it's not obnoxious.
12:31 I used this in the summer when I just kind of wanted
12:33 to throw something on after the gym
12:35 and didn't want to put on a whole shirt
12:36 or sweatshirt or anything.
12:38 And it's nice 'cause it's super lightweight.
12:39 So next we have the windbreaker,
12:41 which I just love it so much.
12:42 It has these little elastic cuffs,
12:44 and the material, as you can see,
12:45 is just kind of like a not too shiny windbreaker.
12:48 It's honestly kind of on the satin, matte side.
12:50 They have it in a bunch of colors,
12:51 but I have it in the green and white.
12:53 There is an activewear logo on the left side here.
12:55 I wore this on Halloween to be an 80s workout person,
12:58 and I got literally so many compliments.
13:00 It kind of gives me throwback vibes to, I don't know, 90s.
13:04 I don't really know what era it is or,
13:06 I'm not an expert on that, but you know what I mean.
13:07 It's one of those throwback windbreakers.
13:09 When it's zipped, because it is tighter around here,
13:11 it kind of just sits on your hips
13:13 and is a little more slouchy.
13:15 I do have a size small in this.
13:16 It's slightly oversized for the perfect amount.
13:18 It has a little hood in the back
13:19 and usually has drawstrings, but mine came out,
13:21 and we all know once the drawstrings come out,
13:23 they're never going back in.
13:24 It also has two little pockets,
13:26 and the pockets do have little zippers,
13:29 and they are kind of like little mini zippers.
13:31 They're that kind of zipper that almost blends in
13:33 with the fabric, so when it is zipped up,
13:35 you can barely even see that it's there
13:37 'cause it blends in with the seams, which I always like.
13:39 So yeah, it's a little pricey,
13:40 but on Black Friday, it was 50% off.
13:42 So if you really like it, wait for the sales, people.
13:45 They're coming.
13:46 Next we have the seamless ribbed tanks,
13:47 which I'm wearing the blue one right now,
13:49 but this isn't just cute for the gym.
13:51 This is cute for everyday life.
13:52 So it's a super thick ribbed material,
13:54 and what I love about it is that it actually has
13:57 a built-in bra on the inside
13:59 with removable cup pads and everything.
14:00 Because with shirts like this, usually,
14:02 especially ones that aren't from an activewear brand,
14:04 it's really hard to put a bra under this kind of shirt,
14:07 and as someone who has a larger cup size,
14:09 I don't really like to freeboob it, you know?
14:11 I like to wear a bra.
14:13 And this has a built-in bra,
14:14 so I don't have to worry about that.
14:15 So I think I'm definitely gonna be wearing this a lot
14:17 during the summer months as a real shirt.
14:19 Okay, so here is the tank.
14:20 I love this tank top so much
14:21 because I've always wanted to have a tank top
14:24 that has these kind of tapered straps in the back
14:27 that I don't need to wear a bra with.
14:29 The ribbed fabric is super, super stretchy,
14:31 and it's really soft on the inside as well.
14:33 It's about a medium support as a bra,
14:35 and what I like about it is it does cover your entire boob.
14:37 Like, I don't have any spillage,
14:39 and I don't have any cleavage either.
14:40 I did wear it to the gym, and I don't love it as a gym top,
14:43 but I really do like it just as a regular shirt,
14:45 which is probably what I will be wearing it as.
14:47 It is a little pricey, but again,
14:49 wait for sales or you get a discount code.
14:51 You can kind of see the cup pads sometimes
14:52 if you don't adjust them right,
14:54 but with some adjustment, you can make this appear.
14:56 Next, we have their black camo seamless leggings.
14:58 They do only have the camo in black right now,
15:01 but I honestly think it's just a classic seamless legging.
15:03 Very similar to the other seamless leggings,
15:05 but there are a few differences.
15:06 It's kind of like a Gymshark do,
15:08 but it's more expensive than Gymshark, so not really.
15:11 Seamless ribbed waistband, and they do have the four dots
15:14 at the back of the waistband.
15:15 It's a similar thick, plush, mild fabric.
15:17 It has just a simple gusset crotch,
15:19 and they do have those raised seams in the back.
15:22 This one doesn't have a booty contour,
15:23 but it does have a kind of raised seam
15:25 that helps separate the booty a little bit,
15:27 but it doesn't have the booty scrunch
15:29 that the Gymshark one does.
15:30 I know some people don't like the booty scrunch,
15:32 so if you're looking to accentuate the booty
15:34 a little bit less, these are great.
15:36 Here are the camo leggings.
15:37 They do have some similarities to the other seamless leggings,
15:39 but they are a little bit different.
15:41 They don't have all the same little details,
15:43 but they still do have a nice, compressive waistband.
15:46 The waistband might go the tiniest bit higher.
15:48 I also might have just pulled it up higher.
15:49 The leggings overall are medium to high compression.
15:52 Super compressive waistband.
15:53 Again, it doesn't stretch out, though.
15:55 It does have one of those raised seams in the front here.
15:58 It's obviously not causing any camel toes,
16:00 that's not a problem, but it also has it in the back,
16:02 which just helps with booty separation a little bit.
16:04 And while these leggings don't have a booty scrunch,
16:06 so you're not gonna get quite as much booty attention,
16:09 I still would give these a solid medium
16:11 to high booty scale.
16:12 It's always nice to find a legging that's compressive
16:15 and also is flattering on the booty,
16:17 because sometimes when leggings are compressive,
16:18 they can just squish your butt down.
16:20 It also has the three dot logo on the waistband.
16:23 This one doesn't seem to dip as much as the last one.
16:26 This fabric is much more similar
16:27 to the actual Gymshark camo.
16:29 It does have, this is gonna sound bad,
16:31 but it almost has a kinda like, I don't know,
16:33 scratchy feeling.
16:34 It's not actually scratchy,
16:35 but Actiz other seamless leggings are just a lot softer.
16:39 They're about a full length on me,
16:41 go right about to my ankle.
16:42 And again, because of the thickness and compression,
16:44 they probably would be pretty cellulite friendly.
16:46 Also, with the camo print,
16:48 it just camouflages all the cellulite,
16:49 because it has that uneven pattern.

17:43 so I definitely prefer the other one.
17:46 This sports bra is honestly just okay for me.

17:51 So it's definitely not my favorite of the sports bras.
