00:17 That's such a hard question.
00:18 - One word, my career.
00:21 - I would say amazing.
00:23 - I guess I would say unique.
00:25 - That word would be multi-theorious.
00:28 - A dream.
00:30 It was always my dream.
00:31 It's still my dream.

00:35 - Who was the first woman to give me a seat at the table?
00:43 It's a big question.
00:44 It's just like, what table?
00:45 - There was no model sets forth for someone like me
00:50 trying to have a career in Hollywood.
00:53 - That question, what does representation look like to me?
00:56 I guess as long as I'm being asked,
00:57 as long as I'm being asked that question,
01:00 then I know that it's still a problem.
01:03 - We want people to see themselves.
01:04 Like we're holding up a mirror to them and say,
01:06 look at who we are as a society, as a world.
01:10 - It's a lot safer to take risk on set
01:12 in front of the camera when you know
01:14 you've got your people around you behind the camera too.
01:17 - I just see women of all colors and all shapes and sizes
01:24 being able to step into their destiny
01:27 and nothing holding them back.
01:29 - The future of Hollywood is up for grabs.
01:32 - Right now I feel a real swell of like empowered,
01:36 strong women leading the industry.
01:39 - Probably the biggest piece of advice I would give women
01:42 is you learn by doing, just go do it.
01:45 - I just wanna inspire people and give them hope
01:48 and let them know that dream as big as they can,
01:51 that their dreams can come true.
01:52 - Women in Hollywood are just better at everything.
