00:00 You can expect two vibes really, you've got upstairs which is a lovely rustic feel to
00:08 it, it's a modern yet sophisticated kitchen, it's got a lovely 60 to 80 seats upstairs
00:14 and then downstairs you've got a lovely, I'd say a little bit more old-fashioned, you've
00:18 got nice artwork from the Ballard Inn Brewery, you've got everything that's absolutely gorgeous
00:22 there. We've got a lovely comprehensive cocktail menu, we've got everything that you can want
00:26 and more on West Street, just if you want it for a few drinks, a coffee during the day,
00:31 we've got everything.
00:32 Well I think tonight they're going to expect a bit of everything, they're going to get
00:40 food, they're going to get live music, they're going to get service from myself, they're
00:47 going to get joyful smiles from the rest of the staff, they're going to get a banter.
00:52 Tonight is about enjoying yourselves, relaxing in a new environment, in a new theatre of
00:57 Sheffield, it's going to be a great night for everybody, the staff included, we're all
01:01 on a bus.
01:02 Having a conversation only in the Italian restaurant and having a conversation with
01:08 clientele after their meal about grappa, the different regions, the different types of
01:13 grappa, it just sort of inspired me with the name and I did think, you know, pre-Covid
01:19 I thought grappa, I'm going to open a place called grappa in a great venue and have the
01:24 passion for grappa and have the largest UK list of grappas in house.
01:29 So that's how it started and here we are.
