00:00 Alert status in Mayon volcano was lowered to level 2 after 6 months of being at level 3.
00:08 According to the FIVOX, it should not be alerted because it is still rising and the level of sulfur dioxide is still high.
00:17 From the red alert, the Office of Civil Defense, BICOL, lowered the alert to blue alert.
