00:02 >> Okay, one of the best offensive players in the country,
00:06 Marvin Harrison Jr, making some interesting comments this week.
00:10 Essentially, we really don't know what his future holds.
00:14 And Bill, for me, I think these conversations are fun to have, but
00:18 he'd be quite frankly insane, I think, to come back for another year at Ohio State.
00:23 Unless you're gonna tell me someone in the portal that I don't know about is
00:27 gonna go to Ohio State after Common Core left.
00:29 But where does Harrison project in the draft?
00:32 Is it anywhere beyond like after pick three or pick four?
00:35 I mean, I guess he really loves college.
00:37 These stories usually end with the kid leaving, don't they?
00:41 >> They do, and it reminds me of CJ Stroud last year,
00:44 where he was waffling on where to go.
00:46 And this extended past the bowl game against Georgia.
00:49 And ultimately, he chose the NFL and probably made the right choice.
00:53 You heard Marvin Harrison say yesterday that if there was something lacking in
00:57 his Ohio State experience, it was not getting a Big Ten championship or
01:02 a victory against Michigan.
01:04 And maybe you can cobble together, I don't know what it would take.
01:08 You look at Jackson Smith and Jigba's contract last year,
01:11 top receiver off the board, also Ohio State guy.
01:15 Four years, 14 million, 4 million bonus.
01:18 Can Ohio State, through NIL collectives and other means,
01:22 get Marvin Harrison that kind of money for one year?
01:25 And in turn, is it worth it when you can get that money in the NFL?
01:29 Ultimately, I think Marvin Harrison goes to the NFL.
01:32 But if he stays, this will be one of those tipping points with NIL.
01:36 Because we'll start asking ourselves, how much are these college players gonna make
01:40 while they're in college?
01:41 Because he would command one of the highest salaries possible.
