00:03 talk about our defense and what they were able to do

00:07 They continue to, you know, individual players thriving
00:11 in their roles, but it's the collective effort
00:13 of those guys over there.
00:15 We're playing a lot of guys,
00:16 different personnel groupings, Flo and his staff continue,
00:20 you know, to do a great job,
00:22 not worrying at all about anything else
00:25 than going out there and doing their job.
00:26 And what that looks like, you know,
00:28 as we tried to overcome some, you know,
00:30 health adversity on offense,
00:31 and then just didn't have a very good day of execution,
00:34 either pitching and catching or sustaining kind of drive.
00:38 So, you know, we really leaned on them
00:40 and I thought they were huge and just gave us a chance.
00:43 We talked about it.
00:44 We were going to win the turnover battle today.
00:47 It was kind of a non-starter for us
00:50 and maybe affected the way we did things at times,
00:53 but to win the turnover battle just teaches you a lesson.
00:56 It's not always going to be pretty.
00:58 There's going to be some, a lot of things that are,
01:00 you know, that are tough to deal with
01:02 and execution that we've got to clean up.
01:04 And certainly we all can do better on offense,
01:07 but you win the turnover battle
01:08 and your defense plays the way they did.
01:10 You've got a chance to win a football game in this league.
01:13 So, you know, addressing the quarterback position,
01:17 just wanted to, you know, came in today with a plan
01:20 to try to do some things to, you know, run the football
01:22 and have Josh be a part of that,
01:24 whether it be zone read or, you know,
01:26 some design to what we wanted to get done
01:28 and then try to incorporate some past games things.
01:32 You know, they got after us a little bit up front,
01:34 couple adjustments we didn't make, you know,
01:36 when things were moving fast out there,
01:38 gave him some easy sacks,
01:39 but you got to give them credit.
01:40 And, you know, Crosby is,
01:42 even though he's dealing with some injury right now,
01:44 he's a special, special player.
01:46 So want to give him as much credit as possible.
01:48 Makes it hard to call the game, you know,
01:50 trying to find where he is
01:51 and make sure you try to help any way, shape or form,
01:55 but did decide there in the second half that, you know,
01:58 maybe Nick would provide us, not only with a spark,
02:01 but just knowing that we would probably have to have
02:04 32 or three or four third down conversions.
02:07 Felt like, you know, my trust in Nick with his preparation,
02:11 he could be called upon.
02:12 We got him some reps last week
02:13 to make sure that he was ready to go.
02:15 And he did exactly that,
02:16 went in and made some critical, critical plays
02:18 to move the chains and ultimately get us in range for,
02:22 you know, the very limited amount of points
02:23 that we got today offensively, but enough
02:25 to win the football game.
