00:23 You usually come and do a beautiful tablescape for us, but today we have awesome gifts for

00:31 This is actually my favorite segment of the year, although it makes me nervous because
00:33 I want to get all the facts right.

00:37 Absolutely.
00:38 So the first one is a Swiss Marr Matterhorn Raclette Party Grill.
00:41 And that's this one over here.
00:42 That is.
00:43 Move over fondue.
00:44 We have the raclette maker.
00:45 So it's a great way to entertain friends or your family, a great family night.
00:50 So if you're not familiar, what you do, this is the granite top.
00:55 I love the granite because it promotes an even cooking.
00:58 Any kind of meat.
00:59 I did shrimp the other day.
01:00 You could do beef, chicken, sausage, veggies.
01:04 And then underneath here is you melt the cheese.
01:08 That's amazing.
01:09 So the raclette maker is named for the raclette cheese, which is a mild Swiss.
01:13 So you can use raclette, Gruyere, mozzarella, any kind of cheese you want.

01:52 Everybody on the crew has been like, how do we get one of these?

01:55 Everyone's all about the air fryer these days.
01:57 So this is the Wonder Oven Air Fryer by Our Place.
02:00 So what I love, it comes in all these fun colors.
02:05 And it's also a six in one.
02:07 So besides air frying, it also will broil, toast, bake, roast, reheat.
02:12 Oh my gosh.
02:13 So it's much more.
02:14 It does everything.
02:16 And it has a water infusion.
02:19 So when you're making meat or something, I made chicken wings the other day and it keeps
02:24 them very moist.
02:25 So you add a little water.
02:26 And it has a window.
02:28 So even though you can time it to see, you know, it takes 40 minutes to watch it and
02:33 know how it's cooking is a really great option.
02:35 It lights up when it's cooks.

02:40 And like Carol was saying, doesn't just come in the screen, although this like hunter green

02:53 So do you have a vacuum sealer?
02:54 I don't.
02:55 You must.
02:56 I'm literally obsessed.
02:57 I vacuum seal everything and send the pictures to my kids.

03:01 So is this like if you want to vacuum seal food and keep it for longer?
03:04 I mean, tell me what is this?
03:07 It's many things.
03:08 So the chamber vacuum sealer is a higher level of production and versatility really.
03:16 So besides sealing, you know, let's say you have leftover, you know, shrimp, you seal
03:22 it and you put it in the freezer.
03:24 Also good for if you have a, I'm totally lost.
03:31 I don't know.
03:32 I love the idea of you get to put food though and then vacuum seal it so there's not that
03:36 air in it.
03:37 Sous vide.
03:38 Thank you.
03:39 I have a sous vide.
03:40 So it's great for sous vide cooking too.
03:41 But what is really great about these are the different options.
03:43 It has a button that has infuse and extract.
03:47 So let's say you're marinating a skirt steak and you have to marinate it for like 12 hours.
03:51 You put it in here and in minutes it's completely infused.
03:55 That's amazing.
03:56 You can do olive oils.
03:57 You can do alcohol.
03:58 I'm going to make a lemon cello for Christmas and it's just a matter of minutes.

04:06 I need this.
04:07 I do want to mention that it has two other options, a pickle.
04:09 So yesterday I made tacos.
04:10 I made pickled onions in two minutes.
04:12 Wow.

04:16 You just set it on the pickle setting.
04:17 I ran it twice and then it has a cool and dry setting too.
04:19 So you can do fried.
04:20 I love it.
04:21 You can do chips.
04:22 That sort of thing.

05:06 So I highly recommend that too.
