Twins Ella and Juliet Taylor 16, with cousin Sophie Curtis 14, with teddy bears, photographed for The Yorkshire Post by Tony Johnson. Middlethorpe Hall in York will be hosting a very special event on Sunday 17th December to help collect teddy bears for children at Leeds Children's Hospital at Christmas.
The Taylor family have been delivering teddy bears to the neurology ward at the LGI at Christmas since 2011.
Juliet at the age of three spent Christmas in hospital before major brain tumour surgery.

00:05 We take teddies to the hospital to ward L52 at Leeds General Infirmary
00:11 for kids at Christmas.
00:13 So we collect people like friends and family,
00:17 bring them to us, like donate teddies,
00:20 and then we also have a just give them page where we get donations,
00:24 then we go and buy the teddies for the hospital.
00:28 On the ward we deliver them to,
00:31 they're used throughout the year to give to children.
00:36 So when I was three I was diagnosed with a brain tumour on Christmas Eve
00:40 and I got a bear on Christmas Eve from hospital.
00:45 So I was three years old and I was in for a week after Christmas.
00:49 I spent quite a lot of time in hospital, like between three and probably seven,
00:54 so I remember quite a lot from when I was younger,
00:57 but not from when I was originally diagnosed.
01:02 We've got like a just giving page, so people can donate money.
01:06 So donate money and then I guess just drop off at our home.
01:09 We have venues that we send out to.
01:11 Oh yeah, Middle Thorpe Hall on Sunday the 23rd of December.
01:15 Yeah, we've got an event coming up on Sunday.

01:21 It is very special, we all go on the ward and we take them.
01:25 And before we have taken them to children on the ward, so that's really special.
01:29 I think it would be like 1,200, something like that.
