Spiking laws to be ‘updated’ to make them more ‘relevant’

00:21 But as well as the legislation, of course,
00:23 we are doing a whole load of other things,
00:26 training, awareness, making sure that people can go out
00:30 and about, have fun, and know that they can be safe.
