Cleverly says Cobra meeting should have taken place sooner

James Cleverly said the government have been too slow to act following the riots throughout the UK. The shadow home secretary said: "It is right that the people involved in this will feel the full force of the law. They should have got Cobra up and running much earlier than they have done but it's important now that they send a message that this action is unacceptable."
