Are you after a Yuletide treat with a twist or are you just too exhausted to shake those pots and pans? Perhaps you're after some inspiration for your leftovers. Well we have been to try some of the tastiest festive menus on offer in Liverpool. Tis the season to overindulge after all!

00:53 As part of their Christmas menu, they have a traditional roast turkey meal, all the trimmings, crispy roast potatoes,
01:01 honey and orange glaze, carrots, cream, sprouts, Yorkshire pudding and maple roasted parsnips.
01:08 To end the meal, I finished with a festive sticky toffee. Sensational.
01:15 Rudie's have three locations in Liverpool city centre. We decided to dine dockside.
01:23 We started with some festive spritzers, a cranberry and a peach bellini.
01:28 Then we took right in to their festive special pizzas.
01:33 First up, the guanciale and pear white pizza, gorgonzola, guanciale which is a cured pork meat, fresh pears.
01:42 You can really taste the fresh thyme sprinkled on top.
01:45 I love the crunch of the walnuts, not too sweet at all.
01:49 This was followed up by their zucca, which is pumpkin in Italian.
01:55 Pumpkin cream base topped with goat's cheese, roasted garlic, chestnut mushrooms.
02:01 Big crunch from the pumpkin seeds.
02:04 Then the meaty umami of the mushroom followed by a real sweetness from the pumpkin.
02:09 Now what are you doing if you are not dipping your crusts into sauce?
02:14 My personal favourite is their 'nduja.
02:17 Hopping over to Bold Street now, an honest burger, unchanged for over a decade.
02:23 Beef patty, smoked bacon, deep fried president camembert, cranberry sauce and rocket all in a toasted burger bun.
02:32 Just look at that ooze on the molten camembert coated in a heavenly poppy seed crumb.
02:39 We also opted for their onion rings and their gravy.
02:44 There is a vegan option available too with a beyond meat burger, levy bacon and honestly tasty chamembert cheese.
