00:03 Questions abound in the Birmingham Bowl.
00:05 One of the two that we have kicking at noon Eastern time, Duke and Troy.
00:10 Troy, the champions of the Sunbelt, a one loss football team
00:15 entering this game against the Blue Devils.
00:17 But their head coach John Summerall now in two lane.
00:20 Duke's head coach Mike Elko, now the head coach at Texas A&M.
00:25 What exactly are we going to get?
00:27 Well, we know Gunnar Watson is going to start for Troy at the quarterback position.
00:31 Duke's all the way down to its third string guy who did start four games this year.
00:36 So, Joe, I asked you to make sense of the Boca Raton Bowl.
00:39 Please do the same in Birmingham on Saturday afternoon.
00:42 >> Well, let me ask you, who in their right mind is left here on Duke?
00:47 I mean, the defection has been absolutely epic here.
00:51 Not, the coaching staff and not to mention the quarterback and
00:57 all the players that matter here for Duke.
01:00 And I thought Duke could have potentially had a very, very good season.
01:04 But once Riley Leonard went down, that was the end of that.
01:08 I mean, don't forget the season started for them 28 to 7 over Clemson.
01:12 We should have known at that particular point that Clemson was going in the tank.
01:17 But listen, they are still, I guarantee a very well coached team.
01:22 But I do agree with the line being where it's at.
01:26 Troy, who does not have a ton of defection here,
01:29 that has pretty much the same team.
01:31 Although their coach is gone, but
01:33 still not a whole lot of transfer portal issues that we have to worry there.
01:37 I have the line about where it is here.
01:40 I do think that Troy, certainly good enough to win this thing by more than
01:44 a touchdown.
01:45 But at the same time, I wouldn't shock me if this is a rock fight
01:50 style game and the under comes into play.
