00:00 Hello, my name is Denise Dion. I'm a journalist on the far south coast of New South Wales.
00:08 One of the important jobs we do is to help communities have a voice, especially when
00:14 they're dealing with big businesses and finding themselves in trouble of one sort or another.
00:19 Earlier this year, I found myself in that situation and became the subject of a story
00:26 when I was trying to get a refund on my Qantas passes. It's taken eight months and still
00:36 they're not refunded. In the meantime, a CEO has come and gone and taken some rather large
00:44 bonuses with him and still Qantas has my money. This is the story of how it started. And may
00:53 I wish you all a very peaceful and productive new year.
