00:00 So we offer a range of dairy products. We offer our delicious, fresh, organic milk.

00:06 It's pasteurised but not homogenised so it has a lovely creamy texture and flavour.

00:13 We also offer six different flavours of milkshake.

00:18 So you can vend either a 500ml or 1 litre reusable glass bottle

00:24 and then you can select either milk or a selection of milkshakes from the vending machine.

00:29 So we currently open from 7am in the morning until 8pm.

00:34 We open at 9pm on a Sunday because even Graham needs a bit of a lie-in.

00:38 And actually you can come along to the shed, get your milk in the morning as well as a range of dairy products.

00:46 So we currently offer organic cheddar, organic butter and organic eggs so you can get your breakfast.

00:53 The reaction that we've had to the opening of the cow shed has been exceptional. It's completely exceeded our expectation.

01:00 We've got a lovely community here, a thriving community with quite a heavy footfall going past the hall every day.

01:05 A very popular hall behind me, the Jubilee Hall, which has lots of different activities and members.

01:12 They've been incredibly supportive and they frequently use the cow shed to come and help themselves to either

01:19 their milk, milkshakes, dairy products or our delicious coffee.

01:23 Although we've had an amazing reception and the first six weeks of trading,

01:28 we still see a lot of opportunity for the cow shed here and plan to introduce a range of other products in the future.

01:35 So we offer a range of coffee from our machine. It's made using milk from our farm

01:43 and we source the coffee beans locally from a roaster in Ford.
