00:00Hi, Conor Gormley here for Sussex World, and I am currently at the opening for, well I've found a quiet corner away from the hustle and bustle of the opening of the Ghost and the Feast.
00:10It's an in-bar only thing, but the hall should be open soon. This is a chance for local businesses and press and, you know, that sort of thing, guests of honour, to come along and just try out some of the 11 eateries here.
00:23I've tried a couple, but by God, I was only going to do the one review. But this Three Bros Burger, as you can see, I've already taken a bite out of it.
00:33This is the classic, and sorry, I'm not doing a very good job of holding it up to the camera here. It is absolutely incredible.
00:40Something about the burger sauce is sort of smoky and savoury and rustic, and it's the kind of burger that's not too overwhelming in the way that some burgers are.
00:49It's just this wave of dairy-based decadence, but it just hits that sweet spot of feeling like a treat without blowing you away. It's absolutely delicious.
