00:36 the passengers were told that their flights are not in line with the original schedule.
00:42 But the passengers we talked to did not receive any text or email so they went to Pierre.
00:49 Just like the old problems of stranded passengers because of the lack of budget,
00:54 they have no food to buy so they are hungry.
00:58 One of the passengers we talked to is Chocho Baruel.
01:02 He only has 20 pesos in his wallet.
01:05 He was able to eat last night and he was about to go home because he lost his job.
01:10 He just bought a ticket to go back to Cebu because of his family.
01:15 He is still here last night but he has no budget.
01:20 Originally, he had 50 pesos but he ate last night so he only has 20 pesos left.
01:25 So it's a problem until he leaves tomorrow night.
01:28 The passengers are hungry because of the lack of budget.
01:34 They were expected to have free food in Barcora, Fiano,
01:39 but it was delayed for one day or sometimes two days.
01:44 The delay is a big problem for the budget.
01:48 The Togo Shipping Line has not yet announced anything.
