00:00 This move by Sam Jackson, a fifth to Auburn is interesting on several levels.
00:05 First of all, it's a team Cal played this past season.
00:09 So next of all, it's a team Cal will play next season.
00:12 So they may have to defend against Sam Jackson next year.
00:15 And apparently he'll be a wide receiver at Auburn, not a quarterback.
00:19 He was a wide receiver, actually for most of his high school career,
00:24 uh, playing with, uh, the quarterback who is now the quarterback at Auburn.
00:28 So he's reuniting with, uh, with Thorne, uh, for his next season of football.
00:33 And he'll be eligible to play next year with the interpretation of the double
00:38 transfer rule, uh, that's allowing players to play immediately after,
00:42 even after a second transfer.
00:43 So whether he will be a starting wide receiver or a wide receiver who plays at
00:49 all, it'll be interesting to see because, uh, he's fast.
00:52 There's no question.
00:53 He's fast.
00:53 He's not, he's not very big as a quarterback or even as a wide receiver.
00:58 For that matter, he's about 5'10".
00:59 So, uh, he'll be interesting.
01:03 He has experience at wide receiver in high school, not, not
01:07 at the college level though.
01:08 So we'll just see how that transition works out.
