25:12 The victim was Alvin Rauring, 35 years old and a resident of Barangay Kamamanan, a vegetable vendor in Cogo Night Market.

25:22 According to witnesses, the victim was just selling vegetables when a man suddenly came and shot him.

25:30 He immediately ran away after the crime.

25:33 According to the authorities, the motive for the crime is possible personal grudge, but they are still investigating it.
