00:00 The Commission on Higher Education has suspended the Senior High School Program

00:05 in state and local universities and colleges.

00:08 In the ChED memorandum released,

00:10 it was stated that the SUCs and LUCs were allowed to enroll in the Senior High School

00:16 during the transition period of the K-12 program until 2021.

00:21 There is no longer a legal basis for the SHS to fund the SUCs and LUCs.

00:27 Only the SUCs and LUCs with laboratory schools are allowed to enroll in the Senior High School.

00:35 But they will no longer receive vouchers from the Department of Education.

00:40 The K-12 program is still a part of the Senior High School.

00:47 It will only be removed from state and local universities and colleges.
