Purdue Clinches 14-Point Win at Maryland: College Hoops Update

00:22 >> Yeah, this was a pretty easy handicap if you're looking from a Purdue
00:25 perspective, because even though again,
00:26 we don't have a lot of Big Ten competition going head to head here.
00:30 You sort of formulated an opinion saying,
00:32 Maryland likes to get to the free throw line then, that's their advantage.
00:35 Well, Purdue doesn't foul, case in point,
00:37 Maryland only made six free throws last night.
00:39 We knew that Maryland could not shoot the three point shot,
00:41 Purdue would be defended okay.
00:43 Five of 22 from three point range, 22%, they only shot 33% from the floor.
00:49 That was as expected here.
00:50 So if you were going to line up a handicap and say, you know what,
00:53 even though we don't have all the numbers to our liking,
00:56 let me just surmise what I think is going to happen.
00:58 That was exactly what was supposed to take place yesterday.
