00:00 I had this jacket custom-made.
00:02 This is from Rich-er-et, Richie Rich's line,
00:05 because I did his fashion show in Art Basel
00:08 and he gave it to me off of him, which I think is so cute.
00:11 And my pants are Good Counsel,
00:13 which is like really great big guy clothes,
00:15 and I'm feeling good tonight.
00:17 Well, listen, you're the icon, the legend,
00:20 you are the moment.
00:22 How exciting is it to be here and see this new iteration
00:25 and breathing new life to Mean Girls?
00:27 I think I love it.
00:28 I'm a fanboy at heart, so I love when things get reimagined
00:32 and there's sequels and remakes.
00:34 I love when something I love gets celebrated.
00:37 So to be a part of this is really fun to see that happen and unfold.
00:41 Did you get to talk to the new cast at all or give them any advice?
00:45 I've been in the DMs, but we're all going to meet tonight,
00:47 so I'm excited to meet Jekyll tonight.
00:48 I haven't met him yet.
00:49 You haven't? Oh my God.
00:51 Maybe it'll happen right now on the car.
00:53 Once we get away from all y'all, we're going to have a kiki going.
00:57 We're going to get it. We're going to get the kiki going.
00:59 I had to ask, the chemistry between the original cast was also insane.
01:04 Do you guys all still keep in touch?
01:05 Do you have little hangouts here and there?
01:07 I think it definitely feels like we went to high school together.
01:09 We kind of check in on each other.
01:11 I hang out with some of the other ones more than others
01:13 because the ones that live in New York, I see them when I'm here.
01:16 But it's a little different.
01:18 I see Jonathan a lot. I see Rajiv.
01:20 And we got to do that Walmart commercial, which was so fun.
01:24 Talk to me about that because a lot of you guys reunited for that.
01:28 Yeah, I mean, what a cool thing to be able to step into the character again
01:31 and kind of give the children what they want kind of thing.
01:33 So we're all waiting on Tina to do the sequel, so maybe you could push her.
01:37 I know, we're trying to push her. Maybe mean moms?
01:39 Mrs. Norbury's a pusher, but we need to be a pusher and get her to make a sequel.
01:43 We need it.
01:44 Finally, I have to ask, so many iconic quotes from the original film.
01:47 What is your favorite, and do people still ask you to quote them all the time?
01:52 Oh yeah, people ask me to quote it all the time.
01:53 My favorite quote from the movie is not my quote, and I think it's an under-celebrated quote.
01:57 But it's when Regina three-way call attacks Katie and says, "I know your secret."
02:04 And she says, "What are you saying about?"
02:06 I thought that that was a typo in the script, so when I saw the movie and she actually said,
02:11 "What are you saying about?" I died.
02:13 I thought it was so funny, and still it tickles me every time.
02:16 And Lindsay makes the most perfect, "What the heck did I just say?" face.
02:19 At that moment, that gets me every time. It tickles me.
02:21 It was a good experience.
02:22 It was a good experience.
02:23 It was a good experience.
02:24 It was a good experience.
