00:04 The shear line is still affecting the northern part of Southern Luzon and Visayas.

00:09 That's why tonight, we will still experience scattered rains,

00:13 thunders and lightnings in the Bicol region,

00:16 as well as in Quezon, Northern and Eastern Samar.

00:20 Meanwhile, the northeastern monsoon is still affecting the southern part of Luzon.

00:27 But this storm will also bring dark times with light rain,

00:32 particularly in the Micaguayan Valley, Apayao and Calinga,

00:36 as well as in the Aurora region.

00:38 But here in Metro Manila and in the other parts of Luzon,

00:43 tonight, we will experience a cloudy part,

00:46 up to the clouds in the sky,

00:48 but it is still possible that there will be light rain or thunders,

00:51 especially later in the day or in the morning.

00:55 So we will still experience light rain or isolated light rain.

01:00 Meanwhile, in the northern part of Visayas and Mindanao,

01:04 the eastern part is still affected.

01:06 So this afternoon and later tonight,

01:09 it is still possible that there will be scattered rains,

01:13 thunders and lightnings.

01:16 We are not monitoring any low-pressure areas or storms

01:19 that could affect our country for the next three days.

02:01 Here in Metro Manila and in the southern part of Luzon,

02:07 especially in the morning until the afternoon.

02:09 But yesterday, tonight, and also in the early morning,

02:12 the next day, it is possible that we will experience light rains

02:16 because of the storm.

02:19 Our temperature range tomorrow here in Metro Manila

02:22 is 24 to 31 degrees Celsius.

02:24 In Baguio City, it is 14 to 23 degrees.

02:26 In the province, it is 23 to 30 degrees Celsius.

02:29 In Taguig-Araw, because they will experience

02:32 a dark and cloudy time with light rain,

02:35 we expect it to be 22 to 26 degrees only
