00:05 The shear line or the boundary of the two different air masses is still affecting eastern Visayas

00:12 and it is still flooding the eastern and central Visayas,

00:17 even the Dinagat Islands and Suricao del Norte.

00:20 So to our fellow countrymen who are there, wherever we walk tonight,

00:25 don't forget to bring an umbrella.

00:27 Meanwhile, the severe weather is still affecting the Luzon and the remaining part of Visayas

00:33 and it is flooding with heavy rain.

00:35 If you can see on our satellite, it is still raining here

00:38 and there are expected to be heavy rainfall here in the Cagayan Valley region,

00:44 in Apayau, Calinga, Aurora, Quezon Province and Bicol Region.

00:50 The weather is still affecting.

00:52 Meanwhile, in Metro Manila and the remaining part of Luzon

00:56 and the remaining part of Visayas,

00:58 we are still expecting isolated or heavy rainfall due to the effect of the storm.

01:06 In the remaining part of Mindanao, we are expecting localized thunderstorms

01:10 any time of the day because of the Easter Ease.

01:14 And for our weather tomorrow,

01:18 it is still possible for heavy rainfall to continue

01:23 in the Cagayan Valley region, Apayau, Calinga, Aurora, Quezon Province

01:29 and Bicol Region due to the effect of the storm.

01:32 In Metro Manila and the remaining part of our country,

01:35 we are expecting isolated or heavy rainfall due to the effect of the North East Monsoon.

01:44 And if we notice, the temperatures are lower than what we observe and record in some parts of our country,

01:53 especially here in Luzon.

01:55 In Baguio, our temperatures are still low,

01:58 12 to 24 degrees Celsius is expected in the next 24 hours

02:03 and it is possible that it will be lower in other higher places.

02:09 Meanwhile, in the Eastern and Central Vesayas, it will continue to be cloudy and rainy

02:14 with the effect of the shear line and the surigao del norte and the Dinagat Islands.

02:22 In the remaining part of Vesayas, we are still expecting isolated light rains

02:27 and in the remaining part of Mindanao,

02:30 we are expecting localized thunderstorms due to the effect of the Easter Ease.

02:38 Meanwhile, our gale warning is still high in the Northern and Eastern Coasts of Catanduanes

02:44 and in the Northern and Eastern Coasts of Northern Samar

02:47 and in the Eastern Coasts of Eastern Samar.

02:49 That is why it is not advised to go out to the small beaches

02:54 because we are still expecting it to be cloudy until the weather in our Cargatan is very cloudy.
