00:09 The DA said that the production of vegetables dropped in 2023.
00:13 When a farmer in Tinok Ifugao got it,
00:16 they just threw their cabbage in the market.
00:19 They said that they don't buy it easily due to the drop in the price of vegetables in Benguet.
00:24 Their losses are between Php 30,000 and Php 50,000.
00:29 But to help farmers, the DA divided the cabbage in the provinces and regions.
00:36 Agriculture Secretary Francis Tiu-Laurel also plans to build cold storage facilities
