A customer review and closer look at and demonstration of exercises for gymnastics rings training like muscle ups and iron cross and planche and maltese work and handstand push ups and also general fitness and bodybuilding training like dips and rows and biceps curls and triceps push downs and I've been using these Total Gym machines for years which are a cable and pulley machine and they work great for rehab of injuries and also strength training and still training for the NAIGC gymnastics league which is a fun all ages league.
