00:23 Yes I mean I could go back a long way to the 1960s when we used to have about 20 officers

00:29 working the town centre and that was a very good preventative measure.

00:34 It stopped all the yobs and all the rest of it carrying on the disorder.

00:40 Of course it's funding but you know they've got to put the resources where they reassure

00:52 And would it make you feel sort of safer as you go about your sort of daily business?

00:56 We don't come to Leeds a lot because of the safety issue.

00:59 Now we're getting older it's sort of a big decision.
