Most of us will see Council Tax bills going up this April. Do you feel we get good value for money, and in which areas could the council improve?

00:50roads are quite bad. So I think I'd like to see roads improved. I've been doing my driving
00:54lessons at the minute and some of the roads have been actually awful.
