00:00 The Palma oil supply is particularly well-tracked
00:05 and the traceability of mills and plantations
00:09 has been quite consolidated in recent years.
00:13 The novelty is characterized by the guarantee
00:19 of an oil coming from an area
00:23 that has not had deforestation
00:25 since December 31, 2020 to today.
00:30 The guarantee is a filter that is monitored
00:35 through satellite monitoring systems
00:40 that we already have in place.
00:44 The biggest challenge is that of smallholders
00:50 who may not have the same tools
00:55 as the largest producers.
00:58 In some areas, this monitoring system
01:03 will need to be regulated.
01:06 Given the good start-up level of Palma oil
01:10 and the traceability,
01:12 thanks to the help of the various subjects
01:15 operating in these fields, such as RSPO,
01:18 we should be able to overcome this challenge.
