Fontana (Uiops): "Eudr, più garanzie che tutto l'olio di palma provenga da aree a zero deforestazione"
(Adnkronos) - Lo ha detto Mauro Fontana, presidente dell'Unione italiana per l'olio di palma sostenibile (Uiops) a margine dell’evento promosso alla fiera "Marca" di Bologna per fare il punto sui nuovi regolamenti e sullo stato di avanzamento del sistema di tracciabilità ‘Prism’, che aiuterà i membri della Roundtable on sustainable palm oil (Rspo) a dimostrare la conformità al regolamento Eudr degli approvvigionamenti.
