00:30 Dear viewers, I hope you are well.
00:32 We have started the program in the name of Allah and salam.
00:36 You know that this is a gathering for the translation of the Quran.
00:39 The study of Surah Al-Baqarah is ongoing.
00:41 We are being addressed by the Ummah of the Prophet (pbuh).
00:44 The mention of worship, the mention of the battle of Rehnomah,
00:47 the mention of the declaration of the Infaq, these topics are coming to us.
00:51 And some important long verses are also coming to us.
00:54 We have completed the study of Surah Al-Baqarah till Ayah number 213.
00:58 And the title given to Ayah number 213 is "Ayatul Ikhtilaf"
01:01 "Differences among people"
01:03 Allah Almighty has provided guidance through the Prophets and the Prophet (pbuh)
01:07 And whoever wants to get guidance, Allah Almighty gives guidance to those who ask for it.
01:12 We are proceeding with today's study of Surah Al-Baqarah from Ayah number 214.
01:16 It is a very moving place.
01:18 We are being invited to think deeply.
01:20 Let's start the study.
01:21 Surah Al-Baqarah, Ayah number 214
01:24 I seek refuge with Allah from the accursed Satan.
01:26 In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.
01:28 Do you think that you will enter Paradise in this way?
01:34 And there will not come to you the like of those who passed before you,
01:37 although there have not yet come to you the same conditions as those who came before you.
01:42 Their suffering and hardship and oppression have touched them.
01:46 They have suffered hardships and tribulations, and they have been shaken by the tests.
01:52 Until the Messenger and those who believed with him said,
02:00 "O Allah, when will your help come?
02:02 Surely, Allah's help is near."
02:04 Be aware that Allah's help is near.
02:07 The faith of the Prophets is great.
02:10 They also cried out, "When will Allah's help come?"
02:13 The previous Prophets and the believers were overcome with such hardships.
02:17 Paradise is not cheap.
02:19 The blessed hadith says that Paradise was overcome with hardships.
02:22 The world of hardships is that it is shaken by hardships, pain and oppression.
02:28 We Muslims are also being taught that you have to bear the responsibility of witnessing to the people.
02:33 After the end of Prophethood, you have been raised up for the leadership of humanity.
02:37 You have to work on the religion of Allah, the Dawah of the religion of Allah,
02:40 the efforts and efforts of the establishment of the system of Allah.
02:42 You will have to face the trials of life and death.
02:45 Be prepared for this.
02:47 Paradise is not cheap.
02:49 After overcoming these hardships, it is said,
02:52 "Surely, Allah's help is near."
02:54 Be aware that Allah's help is near.
02:57 Now the statement of spending is coming.
02:59 "They ask you, what do you spend?"
03:01 The Prophet (pbuh) asks you, "Do you spend anything?"
03:05 One means, who should be spent on?
03:08 A list is being given.
03:10 "Say, 'What you spend of good is for the parents and the near ones and the orphans and the poor and the children of the way.'"
03:16 "Say, 'What you spend of good is for the parents and the near ones and the orphans and the children of the way.'"
03:26 The parents are dependent on a person to help them, to fulfill their needs.
03:31 Then the relatives, orphans, poor and travelers, with them, the teaching of good conduct was given.
03:36 This is a sign of the leadership of our society.
03:40 "And whatever good you do, Allah knows it."
03:44 "And whatever good you do, Allah knows it."
03:48 The intention should be sincere, not to show people. Allah knows everything.
03:53 Now the mention of fighting and the obligation of fighting is being mentioned.
03:57 The 13 years of Mecca were a state of patience.
04:00 As soon as Madinah Sharif came, the orders of fighting were coming.
04:03 Listen to what Allah is saying.
04:06 "The fighting has been decreed upon you, and it is obligatory for you to fight, although you feel it is unbearable."
04:13 Fighting is with a purpose.
04:15 Fighting is not just a war to end the disorder, to raise the head of Allah's Word, to establish the system of justice.
04:22 Our religion commands war to wipe out the oppressed.
04:26 There are also damages in it, no one likes it.
04:30 But Allah says, "It has been made obligatory upon you, and you feel it is unbearable."
04:35 "And it is possible that you may find one thing unpleasant, and that is what you will do."
04:42 "And that is better for you."
04:44 "And it is possible that you may find one thing pleasant, and that is what you will do."
04:51 "You see the outward appearance, and Allah is aware of the truth."
04:54 "And Allah knows, and you do not know."
04:57 Allah knows, you do not know.
04:59 He knows the wisdom.
05:01 You think a shiny thing is good, although it is bad.
05:05 You think a thing is bad for you, it can be good for you.
05:09 Who knows this? Allah, the Creator, and He is the Judge.
05:12 He can give His will, and His work is without doubt.
05:16 You have to obey without questioning.
05:18 Keep in mind that fighting is with conditions and objectives.
05:23 If it is made obligatory, that is, if the conditions are met, then fighting will be done in the way of Allah.
05:28 "They ask you about the month of Haram, in which there is fighting."
05:32 The Prophet (pbuh) asks you about the month of Haram, the month of war.
05:37 "Say, 'There is fighting in it, O Kabir.'"
05:39 You say, "Fighting in it is a great sin."
05:41 The month of Haram was mentioned earlier.
05:43 The month of Rajab was also known in the Arabs for Umrah.
05:46 And Zikada, Dhul Hijjah, and Muharram were known for Hajj.
05:50 The four-month Haram was also in the Arabs.
05:52 And in the Shariah of Muhammad (pbuh) its permission was also given to Haram.
05:58 There is an incident in the background.
06:00 There was a dispute in the valley of Nakhla between the believers and the disbelievers.
06:04 The Muslims thought that it was the last day of the second month of Jamadiyah.
06:07 Although it was the first day of Rajab.
06:09 The disbelievers and the polytheists created a ruckus.
06:12 They are fighting in the month of Haram.
06:14 Although the believers felt that the month of Rajab had not yet started.
06:18 But a polytheist was also killed.
06:20 The believers are being defended by Allah.
06:24 And Allah is doing this action of the believers.
06:27 How is it?
06:28 The Prophet (pbuh) said, "Say, 'There is fighting in it, O Kabir."
06:31 Yes, yes, it is a big sin to fight in the month of Haram.
06:35 "And blockade them from the way of Allah, and disbelieve in it, and the forbidden mosque, and expel its inhabitants from it.
06:40 From it is greater than Allah."
06:42 Look at the tone of Allah at this point.
06:44 And stopping from the way of Allah, and Allah's disbelief, and stopping from the forbidden mosque,
06:49 and taking out its inhabitants from there,
06:52 in the sight of Allah, is a bigger sin than this.
06:55 These polytheists who closed the doors of the Baitullah Sharif on the Muslims,
07:00 forced them to migrate, and the polytheists of Allah disbelieved,
07:03 these are serious crimes.
07:05 Allah says, "You do not see these crimes?"
07:07 And you have raised the sky over the heads of the believers in a way.
07:11 Allah is answering from the believers.
07:14 He said, "And the fitnah is greater than the killing."
07:17 And the fitnah is more serious than the killing.
07:19 The situation that the disbelievers have created,
07:21 the doors of Allah's house have been closed,
07:23 they have made life difficult for the believers,
07:25 they were forced to leave the Baitullah, and the Haram of Mecca, and Mecca of Mecca,
07:29 and they have made religion difficult for them,
07:31 and it has made it difficult to act on religion.
07:33 All of these are the circumstances of fitnah.
07:35 The condition of fitnah is not greater than the killing,
07:37 it is a bigger matter than war.
07:39 Allah says, "For the end of fitnah."
07:41 If you have to fight, then you will be fought.
07:44 This is what we have read in this Al-Baqarah, in verse 193.
07:48 Allah said, "And they will not continue to fight you until they turn you away from your religion,
07:53 if they can."
07:54 And they will always fight you,
07:57 "Until they turn you away from your religion, if they can."
08:02 So, saving religion, saving faith is important.
08:05 And for this, it is necessary to end fitnah.
08:08 And if you have to fight for it, then you will be fought.
08:10 Allah is giving the command to the believers in two ways.
08:13 "And whoever of you turns away from his religion, and he dies in the state that he is a disbeliever,
08:25 then these are the people whose deeds are wasted in this world and the Hereafter."
08:29 "And whoever of you turns away from his religion, and he dies in the state that he is a disbeliever,
08:32 then these are the people whose deeds are wasted in this world and the Hereafter."
08:35 "And these are the people of the Fire, and they will always be in it."
08:40 "O Allah, save us all from the fire."
08:46 "Indeed, those who believe and those who emigrate and strive in the cause of Allah,"
08:50 "Indeed, those who believe and those who emigrate and strive in the cause of Allah,"
08:55 "they are the ones who have hope of Allah's mercy."
09:00 We also ask Allah, "And have mercy on us, O Allah, have mercy on us."
09:04 Allah says that to be worthy of mercy, you will have to work hard.
09:07 There is faith, there is the opportunity to emigrate in the way of Allah,
09:11 there is the matter of striving and striving in the way of Allah,
09:14 if you fulfill the requirements of faith and action, you will be worthy of Allah's mercy.
09:18 "And Allah is Forgiving and Merciful."
09:20 "And Allah is Most Forgiving, Merciful."
09:23 In the next verse, there is a commandment in reference to the prohibition of alcohol and gambling.
09:28 Gradually, the commandments of the Shariah came.
09:31 We will read the last commandment of the prohibition of alcohol and gambling,
09:34 Inshallah, Surah Al-Ma'idah, verses 90 and 91, later, Inshallah.
09:39 The first commandment is in the commandment of the Shariah,
09:43 "They ask you about alcohol and gambling."
09:51 "Say, 'Therein is a great sin and a benefit for the people.'"
10:01 "But their sin is greater than their benefit."
10:08 So, it was said earlier that the sin is greater than the benefit,
10:12 so people started to be careful.
10:14 But the last and final commandment will come in Surah Al-Ma'idah, verses 90 and 91.
10:19 This question came from the companions.
10:21 The commandments of the Shariah have not yet been finalized, they are coming gradually.
10:24 Mecca has been working hard for 13 years for faith, now they are being asked about it.
10:28 Tell us about it.
10:29 Mecca has been working hard for faith for 13 years,
10:32 and most of the commandments of the Shariah came in the Madinah period,
10:35 as we are studying Surah Al-Baqarah.
10:37 "Alcohol and gambling are a little bit of a disadvantage."
10:39 "Some people get money from gambling."
10:41 "Some people think that drinking alcohol will make them feel better."
10:45 "But in both cases, it is a loss for them."
10:47 "Drinking alcohol makes them lose their mind, they get sick, they get ruined."
10:50 "The one who loses gambling, loses himself."
10:53 "And then they fight, they rob, and even kill each other."
10:57 "In both cases, it is a matter of hard work."
11:00 "If a person does not try to live his life, and does not find the courage,"
11:06 "he chooses to run away."
11:08 "Sometimes he wins in gambling, sometimes he loses in alcohol."
11:12 "It is a matter of hard work."
11:14 "But the Holy Quran says that the aspect of sin is greater than profit."
11:19 "And they ask you, what should they spend and how much should they spend?"
11:25 "You say, "Spend what is left of the need."
11:29 "What is 'Aff'?"
11:31 "What is left, the need is fulfilled, give it all."
11:34 "This is moral education."
11:36 "What is the minimum requirement of Shariah?"
11:38 "Zakat, Wajib, Sadqa, etc."
11:41 "And what is on top, how much should they spend?"
11:44 "Your needs are fulfilled, life is passing, the situation is suitable, give the rest."
11:48 "This is moral requirement."
11:50 "There is a gap between this legal minimum requirement and moral requirement maximum."
11:55 "The more one believes in the hereafter,"
11:57 "The Bank of Allah Unlimited,"
11:59 "Note that, the more one believes in the return of The Bank of Allah Unlimited,"
12:03 "The more one will go beyond the minimum and spend more in the way of Allah."
12:07 "May Allah grant us the ability to do this."
12:09 "This is the matter of 'Aff' and this is the moral education."
12:12 "Thus Allah makes clear to you the signs, that you may reflect."
12:17 "In the same way, Allah Almighty makes clear to you the commandments,"
12:20 "So that you may reflect."
12:22 "In this world and the hereafter."
12:24 "In this world and the hereafter."
12:26 "Think about the world."
12:28 "Here you have to deal with life."
12:30 "According to that, follow the teachings of Shariah."
12:32 "And here you have to deal with the hereafter."
12:34 "And prepare for it."
12:36 "Allah Almighty wants you to think about the world and the hereafter."
12:40 "And they ask you about the orphans."
12:42 "And the Prophet (pbuh) asks you about the orphans."
12:45 "Say, 'Their reformation is better for them.'"
12:48 "Their reformation is better for them."
12:50 "Meaning, to do good to them, to show kindness, to be kind to them."
12:53 "To treat them well, this is a favorable thing."
12:57 "And if you include them with yourselves, they will be your brothers."
13:00 "Meaning, if an orphan or a child comes in someone's care."
13:03 "Now if the father of the child has left something for him."
13:06 "Then he is also responsible to take care of it and protect the wealth."
13:10 "Now for him to make a separate pot, make it separate for himself."
13:13 "It will be a very difficult matter."
13:15 "Why did the companions ask this question?"
13:17 "Before this, in Surah Bani Israel, Ayah number 34."
13:20 "Surah Bani Israel, Surah Makki, Ayah number 34."
13:23 "It was mentioned that do not go near the wealth of the orphan."
13:26 "But in a good manner."
13:28 "So the companions were very careful."
13:30 "Allah said, no, they are your brothers."
13:32 "If you include them with yourselves, there is no harm."
13:35 "Allah gave ease to the orphans."
13:38 "And Allah knows the one who does evil and the one who does good."
13:44 "Whose intention is evil and wants to take the wealth of the orphan."
13:47 "Allah knows."
13:48 "Who wants to do good to the orphan, Allah knows."
13:52 "And if Allah wanted, He would have put you in difficulty."
13:57 "That your matter is separate, the orphan's matter is separate."
14:00 "His account is separate, your account is separate."
14:02 "Allah wants."
14:03 "But no, Allah made it easy."
14:05 "Allah is the Possessor of all power."
14:08 "He is Wise, He gives His decisions with perfect wisdom."
14:12 "And do not marry women from the polytheists."
14:16 "Here Allah says, do not marry from the polytheists."
14:19 "And do not marry from the polytheists."
14:22 "Until they have faith."
14:24 "A polytheist woman is not allowed to marry a Muslim man."
14:27 "She is allowed to marry the women of the People of the Book."
14:30 "That will come in Surah Al-Nisa, Chapter 5."
14:32 "But a Muslim man, a polytheist woman cannot marry him."
14:36 "And surely a Muslim man is better than a polytheist woman."
14:46 "No matter how much polytheist woman you find attractive."
14:49 "She is a polytheist woman, she is a polytheist woman."
14:52 "Her beauty attracts you."
14:56 "No, if she is polytheist."
14:58 "Then a Muslim man is better than a polytheist woman."
15:01 "Even if she is poor, even if she is of a decent character."
15:04 "A Muslim man is better than a polytheist woman."
15:08 "No matter how much polytheist woman she attracts."
15:11 "Allah is the Possessor of all power."
15:12 "And do not marry a Muslim woman to a polytheist man."
15:19 "Until that polytheist man has faith."
15:22 "He is the biggest actor in the world."
15:24 "He is the biggest businessman."
15:25 "He is the biggest qualified person."
15:27 "He is a polytheist."
15:28 "So a Muslim woman will not marry him."
15:30 "Clarity remains with us about the words of Allah."
15:33 "And surely a Muslim man is better than a polytheist man."
15:41 "No matter how much polytheist man he attracts."
15:45 "A Muslim man is better than a polytheist man."
15:52 "They call you to hell."
15:56 "This is not a game of marriage."
15:58 "There are effects on each other."
16:00 "In terms of religion, in terms of character."
16:05 "These polytheists will take you to hell."
16:08 "These are the people who call you to hell."
16:12 "And Allah calls you to heaven and to forgiveness."
16:19 "Do you want hell or heaven?"
16:21 "Allah is the Greatest."
16:22 "The polytheists will take you to hell."
16:24 "So do not marry a polytheist."
16:26 "For a Muslim man, a Muslim woman is preferred."
16:32 "But do not marry a Muslim woman to a polytheist man."
16:35 "Similarly, a Muslim woman will not marry a polytheist man."
16:39 "A common Muslim with true faith should pay attention to him."
16:43 "These are the actions that affect the beliefs of marriage."
16:47 "And attention was given in the context of the hereafter."
16:49 "Allah calls you to heaven and to forgiveness."
17:00 "And Allah promises His commandments to people so that they may get advice."
17:05 "There are 27 Rukus of Surah Al-Baqarah and 24 Rukus."
17:10 "This is the longest and most complete Surah of the Holy Qur'an."
17:13 "The four Rukus that are coming now, from Ruku 28 to 31."
17:17 "In these four Rukus, Allah has given guidance in the context of social life."
17:22 "Guidance in the context of Nikah, Guidance in the context of divorce."
17:25 "Guidance in the context of Razaat, Guidance in the context of Eidat."
17:29 "Guidance in the context of marriage."
17:31 "This is such a beautiful Qur'an, it also provides guidance for my and your home."
17:35 "Our religion is such a beautiful religion."
17:37 "For the individual, for the home, for the society, for the system, for the state, for the whole world."
17:41 "It provides guidance."
17:43 "These are the places that we should study."
17:45 "We should make our family members study."
17:47 "We should make this teaching common."
17:49 "Let's start the study of the next verse of Surah Al-Baqarah."
17:51 "About the relationship of women, the special days are being discussed."
17:56 "And they ask you about the environment."
17:59 "And the Prophet (saw) asks you about the state of the environment."
18:03 "Say, 'It is a matter of filth.'"
18:07 "It is also a matter of impurity."
18:09 "It is also a matter of natural weakness."
18:12 "So stay away from women during the state of the environment."
18:19 What does it mean to stay away?
18:21 It was a matter of indifference.
18:23 It is a matter of indifference to leave the jungle and go away.
18:27 It is a matter of indifference.
18:28 And the second is that even in these days, the relationship is established.
18:31 This is not a matter of indifference.
18:33 The relationship between the husband and wife is established.
18:36 The rest is to live together, eat, sleep, and other matters are absolutely permissible.
18:40 The final relationship between the husband and wife is being negated.
18:44 And it is a matter of objection.
18:46 "So stay away from women during the state of the environment."
18:50 This is the ultimate teaching of Islam.
18:53 It is the ultimate teaching of Islam that has been adopted by other religions.
18:57 It has been adopted to make women a prostitute and to make her a toy.
19:00 Islam has been saved from these extremes.
19:02 And it has been given the ultimate teaching.
19:05 "And do not go near them until they are pure."
19:11 Going near means the same.
19:13 The final relationship between the husband and wife is being negated.
19:15 The rest, as I said, eating, sleeping, and other things are all permissible and permissible.
19:19 "And if they are not pure, then go to them as Allah has commanded you."
19:23 When they are pure, then go to them as Allah has commanded you.
19:28 The way of establishing a relationship is the way to adopt.
19:31 Man is not an animal.
19:33 Man is a human being.
19:34 He is the most noble of all creatures.
19:36 Allah has given him a way in the nature.
19:39 And one of the major purposes of which is to have children.
19:42 That way of establishing a relationship has been given attention to.
19:44 So in the state of the environment, that relationship is forbidden.
19:46 When they are pure, then you can establish a relationship.
19:49 "And go to them as Allah has commanded you."
19:54 Listen to the following words, my dear.
19:56 "Indeed, Allah loves the repentant and loves the pure."
20:01 Allah likes those who repent well and those who adopt good purity.
20:09 The direct speech about repentance will continue to come.
20:12 The purification of purity, our religion is pure faith.
20:16 We have remembered the hadith since childhood.
20:18 Allah likes those who repent and Allah likes those who adopt good purity.
20:24 We must beware of sins and also of the outward purity.
20:27 The purity of the body, the purity of the clothes is also important.
20:30 And the impurity of the interior is the dirt of sins.
20:33 It is also necessary to be free of sins.
20:35 May Allah grant us the ability.
20:37 "Indeed, Allah loves the pure."
20:39 "Your women are your fields."
20:41 Glory to Allah.
20:42 These are such beautiful words.
20:44 The Qur'an presents these matters in a beautiful and glorious way.
20:48 The world's literature cannot present these examples.
20:50 "Indeed, Allah loves the pure."
20:52 "Your women are your fields."
20:54 "So you can come to your fields wherever you want."
20:59 "And do good to yourselves."
21:05 "And do good to your children."
21:13 The Prophet has advised us to do good to our children.
21:19 We should raise our children well.
21:21 We should provide them with good people.
21:24 But the relationship between the two wives is important.
21:27 "And do good to yourselves."
21:29 "And do good to your children."
21:33 "And fear Allah and know that you will meet."
21:36 "And fear Allah and know that you will meet."
21:41 Are you sure?
21:43 Are you sure that you will meet Allah?
21:45 This is what Allah is reminding us.
21:47 "And give good tidings to the believers and to the believers who believe."
21:52 The good news is for those who follow the path of obedience and righteousness.
21:56 Allah has a reward and a paradise.
21:59 "And do not make Allah a barrier for your faith, but be righteous and fear Him and make peace among people."
22:05 "And do not make Allah a barrier for your oaths, that you should be good to others and be righteous and be free from making peace between people."
22:16 These are very beautiful things.
22:18 You should be good to others.
22:20 You should be righteous and do good.
22:23 And you should make peace between people.
22:25 But never make Allah a barrier.
22:28 Some people get carried away by emotions.
22:31 They say, "I swear to God, I will never make peace between them."
22:34 "I swear to God, I will never invite them to goodness."
22:37 No, brother.
22:38 You will not use Allah's name like this.
22:40 You will not be good to others.
22:42 You will not be righteous.
22:43 You will not make peace between people.
22:45 You have to work for these things.
22:47 And swear to Allah, do not make it a barrier.
22:50 To avoid doing such good deeds.
22:53 "And Allah is All-Hearing, All-Knowing."
22:55 "And Allah is All-Hearing, All-Knowing."
22:57 May Allah forgive all of us.
23:00 And free us from hell.
23:02 And grant us Paradise.
23:04 Ameen, Ya Rabb Al-Alamin.
23:06 Wa Akhiru Da'wana.
23:07 Anil Hamdulillahi Rabbil Alameen.
23:08 Wa Salamu Alaikum.
23:09 Wa Rahmatullahi Wa Barakatuhu.
23:11 Al Fatiha.
