00:20 It was a huge storm that was affecting the whole Barangay San Jose, Antipolo City.

01:19 According to the Antipolo City Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office,

01:23 they investigated the poultry farm in June 2023 because of the complaints.

01:27 They promised to do interventions but they did not fulfill them.

01:34 They filed a report to the provincial government of Rizal.

01:38 The municipality of Baras that issued a business permit,

01:41 inspected the poultry farm three times since 2019.

01:45 When we went there, there were no complaints.

01:50 Maybe they already had a cow.

01:53 The poultry farmers are going home to spray the dead cow.

01:58 But a resident stopped them because the smell is painful.

02:02 The poultry farm was inspected.

02:04 They talked to the owner of the poultry farm and the problem is being solved.

02:09 We will double check if the spray is being done and how to clean it.

02:14 We went to the poultry farm to get their spray,

02:17 but there was no owner there according to the residents who came to us.

02:21 When the Antipolo and Baras LGU returned to the poultry farm yesterday,

02:25 they did not let them in.

02:27 The Antipolo CDRRMO will file a report to recommend to Baras LGU

02:32 to not renew the business permit of the poultry farm.
