00:00 I visited Rudy's Pizza Nottingham on Victoria Street. It's a bustling eatery
00:06 and there are specials on the board. It's great to see chefs cook in front of you.

00:20 Pizzas don't take long at all to make. It's nice to see a note from the staff
00:27 welcoming you to the restaurant. There's also a deli bar where you can
00:32 see chefs prepare. There's a bar towards the back and it's quite an art
00:38 deco feel. It's a great vibe in there. The menu itself is focused on Neapolitan
00:46 pizza. We ordered two pizzas. One which is the chef's special which is the
00:52 Salsiccia which is crumbled chilli sausage which you can see there and then
00:58 the tonneau which is the rock-eat-all pepper and tuna pizza. Both pizzas were
01:07 very large and we enjoyed very much and the dessert was a highlight which is a
01:15 rum bar bar. It was boozy, it was special. I would go there again just for the
01:20 dessert alone. It was amazing.
