You never have enough easy and healthy recipes in your cookbook, right? Especially when we are looking to do something that will make us several meals. So for that we suggest you use your semolina in a couscous salad! With seasonal vegetables and red beans for the "vegetable protein" part, here you are with a complete recipe. Don't forget the fresh parsley to flavor and decorate!

Ingredients:
- 10.5 oz semolina
- 2 cups water
- 7 Tbsp olive oil
- 14 oz cooked red beans
- 1 tomato
- 1 carrot
- 2 onions
- 12 radishes
- 1/2 bunch of parsley
- 3 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
- Salt
- Pepper
