00:40 The Gland Transportation Office canceled the receipt of 4 million plastic cards for the driver's license.
00:48 The LTO chief Vigor Mendoza II announced that the accredited clinic of the LTO,
00:55 the Philippine Society of Medicine for Drivers, will be able to receive the plastic cards for the driver's license.
01:00 But Mendoza said that they will have it approved by the Department of Transportation.
01:05 He said that the guidelines must be approved before accepting the donation of plastic cards
01:11 that are worth P160 million, in the name of transparency.
01:16 We decided to go to the DOTR so that they can help us and they can draft the guidelines.
01:27 Mendoza said that they want to make sure that the public will not be able to say anything before accepting the donation.
