Xinjiang quake kills three, more than 12,000 evacuated

The 7.1 magnitude earthquake that struck the Kyrgyzstan-Xinjiang border region on Jan 23 has killed at least three people and more than 12,000 people have been relocated to temporary shelters and relief centres in China.
