01:18 Similarly, when your calls are taken, all the answers are given.
01:22 Sometimes if a caller's answer is left, then it is included in the next episode.
01:27 But the answers are given to everyone.
01:29 So if you do not get the answer of any caller in that episode, then you can also go to the YouTube channel
01:34 and watch the playlist or go to the next episode and watch it. Your answers are given.
01:40 So as you know, our topic was about Wudhu.
01:45 And we had told you the four obligations of Wudhu.
01:49 And we had briefly told you the details of all four obligations of Wudhu.
01:54 After that, the last thing we had discussed was that since it is the season of winter,
01:58 so when we had discussed the fourth obligation of washing feet, then it was mentioned about massaging the calves.
02:04 So our details were going on about massaging the calves.
02:08 Some details had been stated that what kind of calves should be massaged.
02:12 We had told you that massaging the calves is permissible.
02:16 What are the reasons for this?
02:17 We had also discussed the details of this.
02:19 Can we massage the calves on waterproof socks or not?
02:23 We had also told you about this in detail.
02:25 So today we will discuss the remaining details about massaging the calves,
02:28 some about the obligations, some about the conditions.
02:32 So first of all, we will explain the method of massaging the calves.
02:35 What is the method of massaging the calves?
02:37 The method of massaging the calves is that you will keep both the hands on both the feet,
02:42 the right hand on the right foot and the left hand on the left foot,
02:45 at least three fingers of it, open it and place it on the toes of the feet,
02:49 and by placing it on the toes of the feet, you bring it towards the pulling calf.
02:53 You have kept both the fingers of both the hands on both the feet,
02:56 you bring it towards the pulling calf and keep the fingers open.
03:00 This is the method of massaging the calves.
03:02 This will massage the calves.
03:04 There are only two obligations of the massage on the calves.
03:07 One is that the massage of each calf should be at least equal to the three fingers of the hand,
03:11 that is, the small three fingers of the hand should be massaged equal to their amount,
03:16 the hand should be on the feet, on each foot, on the calf of each foot.
03:20 This is one obligation and the second obligation is that the massage should be on the back of the calf.
03:25 The back of the calf should be on the lower part of the foot,
03:28 the lower part of the foot should not be massaged on this,
03:30 massaging on this will not be done and it should not be done.
03:34 Similarly, it is not necessary to do it on the back of the foot, it is not on the lower part of the foot,
03:37 it is not on the back of the foot, it is not on the calf, it is on the upper part, it is on the back,
03:40 it is obligatory to do it on the back.
03:42 So, if you have at least three fingers like this, your massage is done.
03:46 If someone took his hand from the calf to the fingers like this,
03:51 then also the massage will be done, the obligation will be fulfilled,
03:53 but doing this is against the Sunnah.
03:55 The Sunnah is to take the hand from the fingers of the foot to the calf.
04:00 So, this is the method of massaging on the calves and two obligations of massaging on the calves,
04:04 we have also described them.
04:06 Now, an important point is that how is the massage on the calves completed and how does it break?
04:11 That is, the way ablution is broken,
04:13 so does the massage on the calves break with anything or not?
04:18 It is just a matter of completing the duration.
04:20 So, see, the way ablution is broken with some things,
04:22 the massage on the calves also breaks with some things,
04:25 which are called 'Nawakeze Masa', things that break the massage.
04:28 So, how many things are there?
04:30 There are five things in total, from which the massage on the calves breaks.
04:34 The first thing is that the thing that breaks the ablution, any 'Nakeze Wudhu',
04:38 everything that breaks the ablution, the massage on the calves also breaks.
04:42 The second is the 'Ghusl'.
04:44 Everything that obliges the ablution, the ablution is obligatory,
04:48 everything breaks the massage on the calves.
04:50 But when the ablution is obligatory, then the calves have to be removed.
04:55 The calves are not like that,
04:57 that you can pour water on the rest of the body and instead of the feet,
05:01 massage on the calves as you used to do in ablution.
05:04 It is not like that.
05:05 If the ablution is obligatory even within the duration,
05:08 then the massage on the calves breaks there itself.
05:10 The duration will not be completed in the future.
05:12 The third is the reason for the breakage, the massage on the calves,
05:16 the duration to be completed.
05:17 We had told that the duration for the resident is one day, one night,
05:22 and for the passengers, the duration is three days, three nights.
05:26 When this duration is completed, then automatically the massage on the calves will break,
05:30 it will be finished.
05:31 Here, the duration of the massage on the calves is mentioned,
05:34 so how will we determine the duration?
05:36 It will be done according to the time of the hour,
05:39 according to the 24 hours or according to the sunrise and sunset,
05:42 it is also necessary to understand this.
05:44 If the massage was done on the calves at the time of sunrise,
05:48 then the duration will be determined by the sunrise.
05:50 If the massage is done at the time of sunset,
05:52 then the duration will be determined by the sunset.
05:54 But if the massage is done at any other time other than sunrise and sunset,
05:58 then it will be done according to the time of the hour,
06:01 and according to the time of the hour, 24 hours will be counted.
06:04 Then after 24 hours, the duration will be completed for the resident.
06:08 For such passengers, the duration is 24, 24, 24, 3, 48.
06:12 So this is the thing about the duration of the massage.
06:15 The next defect, the reason why the massage breaks on the calves,
06:21 that is to remove the calf.
06:22 If someone has removed the calf,
06:24 removed the whole calf, removed both the legs,
06:27 then also the massage on the calves breaks.
06:29 If only one leg is removed, then also the massage on the calves breaks,
06:32 it is finished.
06:33 And if it was not removed from the whole leg,
06:35 at least half the leg was removed,
06:37 then in this case also the massage on the calves is finished, it breaks.
06:41 The audience is with us, there is a caller.
06:43 Assalamualaikum.
06:44 Waalaikumussalam.
06:46 Yes, please.
06:47 Musa, my one question is that a person was having a year of Zakat on the account of cash,
06:53 and a year before the year was completed, one or two days ago,
06:56 he took some money, loan.
06:57 So, will this loan be taken,
06:59 the money will also have to be included in that account and Zakat will have to be paid or not?
07:02 Okay.
07:03 Yes, let's say.
07:05 The second.
07:06 My second question is that if one or two words of Surah Fatiha are also read,
07:10 and then it is remembered that the Sana is not read,
07:12 and then after reading Sana, one starts reading Fatiha,
07:15 then what will be the order of the judge in the end?
07:17 Okay, let's say.
07:18 And my last question is that if the four rakat of the prayer were started,
07:22 and after the first two rakats or in the last two rakats,
07:25 for some reason, it was fasid or it was done by itself,
07:28 then how many rakats of prayer will have to be performed later, two or four?
07:31 The four rakat of the prayer were started and when did it become fasid?
07:35 In the first two rakats or in the last two rakats,
07:39 for some reason, it was fasid or it became fasid.
07:42 So, how many rakats of prayer will have to be performed later, two or four?
07:45 Okay, let's say.
07:46 Yes, thank you.
07:47 Yes, viewers, we were requesting about the issue of breaking the fast on the fast.
07:55 So, we told that there are five things that break the fast on the fast.
07:59 So, the fourth thing I mentioned was that by breaking the fast.
08:02 If you remove the fast, then also the fast breaks.
08:05 If you remove both the legs, then also it breaks.
08:07 If you remove one leg, then also it breaks.
08:09 And if you remove at least half of one leg,
08:12 if the fast is removed from half the leg, then also the fast breaks.
08:15 It is not necessary to remove the whole fast.
08:17 If you remove half, then also the fast ends and breaks.
08:20 The fifth thing, the fifth reason, the fifth reason
08:24 by which the fast ends on the fast is that at least half the leg becomes wet.
08:28 If both the legs become wet, then also the fast ends on the fast.
08:32 That means, both the legs are wet.
08:34 If both the legs are not wet, if one leg is wet,
08:37 half or more than half becomes wet, then also the fast ends on the fast.
08:41 If one leg is wet, or if both the legs are just a little wet,
08:44 then also the fast does not end on the fast, does not break.
08:47 But if at least half the leg becomes wet, then also the fast breaks on the fast.
08:50 I have one more caller with me.
08:52 Assalamualaikum.
08:53 Assalamualaikum.
08:57 Assalamualaikum.
08:58 Assalamualaikum.
09:01 Waalaikumussalam.
09:02 Waalaikumussalam.
09:03 Yes, please go ahead.
09:04 Huzoor, I wanted to ask, can one offer the funeral prayer by wearing shoes?
09:10 Okay, I will tell you.
09:12 It has been seen that many people offer the funeral prayer by wearing shoes,
09:17 so is it possible?
09:19 Yes, I will tell you.
09:20 Please guide me on this.
09:22 Yes, yes, I will tell you.
09:23 I was requesting, the things that break the fast on the fast,
09:28 there are five things, I have told you about the five things.
09:31 Now, if there is one fast, and instead of two fasts, there is only one fast,
09:36 and if someone wants to do this, that one foot should be on the fast,
09:41 and the other foot should be washed, then it can be done or not,
09:44 then it cannot be done.
09:45 In this case, the fast should be removed and the foot should be washed.
09:49 In wudhu, the main thing is to wash the foot, and the massage on the feet is its Naib.
09:55 So, when the main and Naib cannot be combined,
09:58 when the main is not possible, in this case, Naib is done.
10:01 It cannot be that you combine both at the same time,
10:04 it is not allowed.
10:06 So, since there are two fasts, there is only one fast, and you can wash your feet easily,
10:10 in this case, you will remove that fast too, and it will be necessary to wash both feet,
10:14 without washing, it will not work.
10:16 We have one more caller with us. Assalam-o-Alaikum.
10:19 Assalam-o-Alaikum.
10:21 Assalam-o-Alaikum.
10:22 Assalam-o-Alaikum.
10:23 Yes, tell me.
10:24 Sir, when we wash our feet, is it permissible to do wudhu after that, or is it done?
10:30 Yes, I will tell you.
10:31 Yes, viewers, I was talking about the massage on the feet,
10:38 and similarly, there are some conditions for the massage on the feet.
10:41 So, the method of massage on the feet has also been explained,
10:44 the obligations of the massage on the feet have also been mentioned,
10:47 and the reasons for the massage on the feet,
10:50 the causes of the massage, have also been explained.
10:53 Now, on the topic of what are the conditions for the massage on the feet,
10:57 there are seven conditions for the massage on the feet.
11:00 There are seven terms, seven conditions.
11:03 One is that your feet should be covered with socks,
11:08 if the socks are visible, then it is fine,
11:11 but the back of the heel should not be visible,
11:15 the socks on the feet should be covered.
11:19 The second condition is that your feet should be able to stand without straps,
11:26 it should not be necessary to tie them,
11:29 it can be easily walked on without straps.
11:32 This is how your feet should be.
11:34 Our viewers, there is a brief break, we hope you will stay with us.
11:38 Viewers, welcome back.
11:40 So, the conditions for the massage on the feet were being discussed,
11:43 before going on the break, we said that there are seven conditions for the massage on the feet,
11:46 the first condition has been explained, the second condition has been explained,
11:49 the third condition is that the feet should be of leather or of any thick material.
11:54 The common socks or socks that we have,
11:57 it is not permissible to massage them in the eyes of any Imam,
12:00 and this is meant by thick, whether it is leather or thick,
12:04 what kind of, whether it is polished, or soft, or hard,
12:07 the details about them, we had explained all in the previous program,
12:10 so we do not repeat it again,
12:12 if anyone wants to know more about this,
12:14 about the shape of the socks, how thick their socks are,
12:18 how thick they are, then they can watch our previous program.
12:21 The next condition is that after doing the complete ablution,
12:24 or at least wash your feet and wear them,
12:27 either you have done the complete ablution or not,
12:30 then at least wash your feet and wear them, this is the condition.
12:33 Then the next condition is that you have not worn them in the state of Jannat,
12:36 nor after wearing them, you have to wash them.
12:38 This is the condition.
12:39 The sixth condition is that the massage should be within the duration,
12:42 that is, the duration that was mentioned earlier,
12:44 and what was mentioned, that the duration for the resident is one day, one night,
12:48 and the duration for the passenger is three days, three nights.
12:52 So as I said, the duration is determined,
12:55 if it is the time of sunrise or sunset,
12:58 then the calculation of sunrise will be done, or the calculation of sunset will be done,
13:02 and if it is in other times other than sunrise and sunset,
13:05 then the calculation of the time will be done,
13:07 and according to the time, 24 hours will be made for the resident,
13:10 and 72 hours will be made for the passenger.
13:13 24, 24, 24, 72 hours is the duration for the passenger.
13:17 You can massage within this duration.
13:19 And the last condition is that the sock should not be torn to the size of three fingers.
13:24 If a sock is torn to the size of three fingers,
13:27 then in this case, the massage cannot be done on that sock.
13:31 And if it is torn, then it is from different places,
13:35 but if the total of those places is added, then it is equal to the size of three fingers of the foot,
13:39 then in this case, the massage cannot be done on it.
13:42 But this will be calculated in one sock at different places,
13:46 otherwise, if two socks are torn separately,
13:48 and are less than three fingers, then they will not be collected together.
13:52 If one sock is torn from different places,
13:55 then its total will be counted.
13:58 And the fact that it is torn to the size of three fingers of the foot,
14:01 this is the part below the heels, above, if it is torn from here,
14:05 if the part above the heels is torn,
14:08 then why not more than three fingers of the foot,
14:12 it is not trusted, there is no harm in it, there is no issue of any kind.
14:16 Yes, the part below the heels, in this, it is torn to the size of three fingers of the foot,
14:22 not even a single sock.
14:23 So, this was the condition of massaging on the socks.
14:25 We have told you that there are seven conditions of massaging on the socks,
14:29 the seven conditions have been stated,
14:30 the obligation of massaging on the socks has also been stated,
14:33 the things that break the massage on the socks,
14:35 the incision of the nail has also been stated.
14:37 We have a caller with us, Assalamu Alaikum.
14:39 Walaikum Assalam.
14:41 Yes, tell me.
14:42 My question is, I drive a car in Saudi Arabia,
14:46 whenever I go to the mosque for prayer, the congregation is being held,
14:50 so, here, the people who are there, they offer prayers together,
14:54 so, if we go to Isha, if they are offering Maghrib prayer,
14:58 can we follow them or not?
15:00 So, if the morning prayer is being held,
15:02 so, whenever the congregation is being held,
15:04 so, what is the situation with them?
15:07 Yes, I will tell you.
15:08 Yes, I will tell you.
15:12 So, the details of the massage on the socks were being stated,
15:16 now, we will come to the answers of the callers,
15:19 some of the previous callers are leftovers,
15:22 we will include them also,
15:23 and today's calls, we will also do it slowly,
15:26 and we will answer all of them as easily as possible.
15:30 So, first, a brother had asked this question,
15:33 last time, that my daughter's name is Mirha Arsalan,
15:37 so, many people tell me that this name is not correct,
15:40 you should change this name.
15:42 So, is this name not correct or correct,
15:44 should I change it or not, what is the order in this?
15:47 So, see, there is no straight Arabic word for Mirha,
15:51 there is Marha, not Mirha,
15:53 and the different meanings of Marha are,
15:55 one meaning is to be arrogant,
15:57 one meaning is to be arrogant,
15:58 one meaning is to be happy,
16:00 one meaning is to be happy,
16:01 one meaning is to be happy,
16:02 one meaning is to be happy,
16:03 so, there are different meanings,
16:04 but some meanings are such that are not suitable,
16:06 like being arrogant, being arrogant, etc.,
16:08 being arrogant, being arrogant, etc.,
16:10 so, according to this meaning,
16:12 some scholars say that this name is not suitable,
16:14 this name should be changed,
16:16 but if someone does not change this name,
16:18 then this name, because in this,
16:20 there are other meanings,
16:22 not only the meaning of being arrogant and arrogant,
16:24 there can be other meanings too,
16:26 so, we will not say it is a sin,
16:28 we will not say that keeping this name is Haram,
16:30 or keeping this name is Makruh-e-Tahrimi,
16:32 but since there are such meanings in it,
16:34 so, the name is suitable,
16:36 it is good if it is changed,
16:38 and in the names of children,
16:40 it is better to keep the names of the women of Islam,
16:42 the names of the women of Islam,
16:44 the names of the women of Islam,
16:46 the names of the women of Islam,
16:48 the names of the women of Islam,
16:50 so that our Islamic history is also revived,
16:52 so that our Islamic history is also revived,
16:54 and the positive effects of our history on children are also visible.
16:56 and the positive effects of our history are also visible.
16:58 We have a caller with us,
17:00 Assalam-o-Alaikum,
17:02 Assalam-o-Alaikum,
17:04 Assalam-o-Alaikum,
17:06 Assalam-o-Alaikum,
17:08 Assalam-o-Alaikum,
17:10 Yes, please go ahead.
17:12 Assalam-o-Alaikum,
17:14 Assalam-o-Alaikum,
17:16 Yes, please go ahead.
17:18 Yes, I wanted to ask,
17:20 during the Mawari,
17:22 can we read the Holy Quran in our language?
17:24 Yes, I will tell you.
17:26 Yes, I will tell you.
17:28 Yes, I was saying,
17:30 that the name Mirha,
17:32 can be used, but it is inappropriate,
17:34 because it has the meaning of
17:36 arrogance,
17:38 and so on,
17:40 so it is inappropriate.
17:42 It is good to change this name,
17:44 but if someone does not do it,
17:46 then they will not be called a sinner.
17:48 Then a sister asked this question,
17:50 that is the Asr prayer 20 minutes before sunset,
17:52 or 20 minutes before the Maghrib call to prayer?
17:54 or 20 minutes before the Maghrib call to prayer?
17:56 So, see, sister,
17:58 the real meaning of this is sunset,
18:00 but because usually the call to prayer is given
18:02 at the time of sunset,
18:04 so if you believe in the call to prayer,
18:06 then there is no harm.
18:08 The thing is the same, whether it is Maghrib call to prayer
18:10 or sunset, the real belief is of sunset.
18:12 That is, the time 20 minutes before sunset,
18:14 is called Makrooh time.
18:16 So, in the Asr prayer,
18:18 it is not right to deliberately delay
18:20 so much that it is 20 minutes before sunset,
18:22 which is called this escape of the sun,
18:24 the color of the sun changes a little
18:26 and the eyes start to freeze on it.
18:28 This has been prohibited in the Hadith and Asr.
18:30 By performing the sayeedah at such a time,
18:32 by offering the prayer.
18:34 But this time is Makrooh,
18:36 but the prayer is not Qaza.
18:38 If someone has not yet offered the prayer,
18:40 then it is necessary to read it.
18:42 He will read it at this time as well.
18:44 He should read the prayer at this time.
18:46 But do not deliberately delay so much.
18:48 If he is delayed due to some compulsion,
18:50 then it is good.
18:52 And if you deliberately delay so much,
18:54 then it is not that I cannot offer the prayer,
18:56 I will read it later.
18:58 It is not Qaza, but the time is still left.
19:00 It is necessary to read the prayer.
19:02 You should offer the prayer at this time.
19:04 Then we have another caller with us.
19:06 Assalamu Alaikum.
19:08 Walaikum Assalam.
19:10 My question is,
19:12 Yes, please.
19:14 We went to Umrah.
19:16 We performed Umrah from Pakistan to Mecca.
19:18 Then we went to Medina from Mecca.
19:20 Okay.
19:22 After going there, his health was very bad.
19:24 Okay.
19:26 On the way back, he neither took rest nor Umrah.
19:28 Okay.
19:30 He was in a state of illness for 2-3 days in Makkashri.
19:32 He was not able to go to rest.
19:34 Okay.
19:36 What will be the order for him?
19:38 Will he have to give the prayer there or here?
19:40 Or will he have to give the prayer there or here?
19:42 Or what will be the order for him
19:44 when he returns from Medina?
19:46 Please tell us.
19:48 Okay, I will tell you.
19:50 I will tell you.
19:52 Okay.
19:54 I have already discussed
19:56 the question of the sister
19:58 regarding the prayer of Asar.
20:00 Then a sister asked a question
20:02 that sometimes women apply
20:04 needles or clips on the head.
20:06 If the hand is wet,
20:08 then it is necessary to remove the clip or needles.
20:10 If the hand is wet,
20:12 then it is necessary to remove the clip or needles.
20:14 We have already told you that
20:16 the amount of urine
20:18 is necessary to massage the head.
20:20 So, it is not necessary
20:22 that the amount of urine is not enough.
20:24 If the wet hand is wet,
20:26 then it is not necessary to massage the head.
20:28 But if the hand is wet on the hair,
20:30 then it is necessary to remove the clip or needles.
20:32 And if the amount of urine
20:34 is less than the amount of urine,
20:36 then it is necessary to massage the head.
20:38 But if the amount of urine is less than the amount of urine,
20:40 then it is necessary to massage the head.
20:42 But if the amount of urine is less than the amount of urine,
20:44 then it is necessary to massage the head.
20:46 But if the amount of urine is less than the amount of urine,
20:48 then it is necessary to massage the head.
20:50 But if the amount of urine is less than the amount of urine,
20:52 then it is necessary to massage the head.
20:54 But if the amount of urine is less than the amount of urine,
20:56 then it is necessary to massage the head.
20:58 But if the amount of urine is less than the amount of urine,
21:00 then it is necessary to massage the head.
21:02 But if the amount of urine is less than the amount of urine,
21:04 then it is necessary to massage the head.
21:06 But if the amount of urine is less than the amount of urine,
21:08 then it is necessary to massage the head.
21:10 But if the amount of urine is less than the amount of urine,
21:12 then it is necessary to massage the head.
21:14 But if the amount of urine is less than the amount of urine,
21:16 then it is necessary to massage the head.
21:18 Yes.
21:19 How to offer Salat in a place where there is no blood flow?
21:21 Yes.
21:22 And secondly, when there is a lot of dizziness while offering Salat,
21:26 then what is the treatment for it?
21:28 Like whenever you are standing to offer Salat,
21:30 it looks like this, like drops of urine are falling,
21:33 like this, then what is the command for that?
21:36 Yes.
21:37 And if there is a lot of doubt that the clothes are not clean here,
21:41 like this, then…
21:43 Yes, I will tell you.
21:45 I will tell you.
21:47 Then after this, a sister had asked us that how much should women bow in Ruku?
21:54 How much should they bow?
21:56 Like it is known about men that men should bow so much that a pot is placed on them,
22:00 so that the pot does not fall on them.
22:02 So, what is the command for women?
22:04 So, there is no command for men to place a pot.
22:06 The command for men is that the head, back, and urine should be in one line.
22:11 This is better for men.
22:15 But if a man bows less than this, but bows to the extent of Ruku,
22:18 then it becomes the duty of Ruku.
22:20 That is, bowing so much that if the hand is extended, it reaches to the knees,
22:23 then it becomes the duty of Ruku, whether it is a man or a woman.
22:26 But it is better for men,
22:28 the Sunnah is that after that, they should straighten the whole back,
22:31 bow straight, head, back, and urine should be in one line.
22:34 But it is not the command for women,
22:36 it is for women that they should bow a little.
22:38 In Hinayaseer, it is called in our terminology,
22:41 that is, a small bow.
22:43 So, a small bow is enough for a woman in Ruku,
22:45 and it is not the Sunnah for her to bow more.
22:47 How much is that small bow?
22:49 That is, at least so much that if the hand is extended, it reaches to the knees.
22:52 Similarly, when the hand is placed on the knees,
22:54 it is also for men to keep the fingers open and hold it very well.
22:57 But for a woman, the fingers should not be opened and just keep it on the knees.
23:00 It is not necessary to hold it very well.
23:03 Actually, it is better for a woman
23:06 to have a veil and a veil of purdah.
23:09 So, for a woman, it is her command to have a veil and a veil of purdah.
23:14 So, the difference between men and women in Salat is that
23:17 where there is no veil and veil of purdah for a woman,
23:22 that veil is not adopted,
23:24 it is given a little relaxation like a man.
23:27 It is a command of lightening.
23:29 And this command is also in the light of Hadith and Aasar.
23:31 Viewers, we have a short break here.
23:33 We hope you will stay with us.
23:35 Viewers, welcome back.
23:37 We have a caller with us.
23:39 Assalamu Alaikum.
23:41 Assalamu Alaikum.
23:43 Assalamu Alaikum.
23:47 Wa Alaikum Assalam.
23:49 Wa Alaikum Assalam.
23:54 Mufti Sahib, I have a few questions.
23:57 Please go ahead.
23:59 Please go ahead.
24:01 [Answering in Arabic]
24:29 Yes, please.
24:31 Okay.
24:33 I was just saying that
24:35 we have already explained the last question,
24:37 how much should women bow in Ruku.
24:40 Then, a caller asked us
24:42 whether it is permissible to eat crab in winters or drink crab soup.
24:49 In our jurisprudence, only fish is allowed to be eaten in rivers.
24:56 Other animals are not allowed to be used in rivers.
24:59 And crab is not a fish.
25:01 Crab is a river insect.
25:03 And it is not permissible to eat river insects.
25:05 It is not permissible to eat river insects.
25:07 Neither can river insects be eaten, nor can river soup be used.
25:11 So, eating crab is also prohibited.
25:13 And drinking crab soup is also prohibited.
25:16 And its descriptions are also in the books.
25:19 In Arabic, it is called Sartan.
25:21 The descriptions of the prohibition of Sartan are also in the books.
25:25 So, whether crab is eaten in winters or in summers,
25:27 neither is it permissible to eat crab, nor is it permissible to drink crab soup.
25:31 Then, a sister asked a question,
25:33 my husband divorced twice.
25:35 He divorced twice.
25:37 And then he got a third wife to write.
25:39 He got her to write and left the house.
25:41 So, whether he got divorced or not, how many divorces were there?
25:43 See, if he divorced twice verbally,
25:45 then that verbal divorce was twice.
25:47 And the third time, he wrote and divorced.
25:49 So, just as divorce is done by speaking,
25:51 similarly, it is done by writing.
25:53 And this is the rule of Shariah
25:55 that "Al-Kitab Kal Khitab"
25:57 Writing is like speaking.
25:59 Just as divorce is done by speaking,
26:01 it is also done by writing.
26:03 Just one additional detail in writing is that
26:05 the written divorce is not in the form
26:07 when a Shariah has been found,
26:09 someone has written on gunpoint,
26:11 and if the words are not said verbally, then it is not.
26:13 But it is not written on gunpoint.
26:15 Someone has written divorce of his own accord.
26:17 So, divorce is also done by writing,
26:19 just as it is done by speaking.
26:21 So, if he has not given verbal divorce,
26:23 then the third time, he wrote and divorced.
26:25 And if he has not denied it,
26:27 then these three times,
26:29 these three verbal divorces have been done.
26:31 And now, without Halal, Shariah cannot be accepted.
26:33 We have a caller with us.
26:35 Assalamualaikum.
26:37 Assalamualaikum.
26:39 Assalamualaikum.
26:41 Waalaikumussalam.
26:43 Assalamualaikum.
26:45 Waalaikumussalam.
26:47 Assalamualaikum.
26:49 Moti sahab, my question is that
26:51 when we go to another city,
26:53 we offer Qasr prayer.
26:55 When we go to another city,
26:57 our land, house, and residence
26:59 are there.
27:01 So, when we go from here,
27:03 will we offer Qasr prayer or full prayer?
27:05 Yes, okay, I will tell you.
27:07 Yes, okay.
27:09 So, a caller asked us
27:11 whether
27:13 machine sacrifice is permissible or not.
27:15 So, machine sacrifice is not permissible.
27:17 The one who is doing the sacrifice,
27:19 it is necessary that he is
27:21 intelligent, mature, Muslim,
27:23 or from the people of the book.
27:25 And he should do the sacrifice
27:27 in the name of Allah.
27:29 These are the conditions of the sacrifice.
27:31 And at least, the four or more rags should be cut.
27:33 These are the conditions of the sacrifice.
27:35 And in the machine sacrifice,
27:37 these conditions are not found.
27:39 The button of the machine is turned on.
27:41 The machine is the one who is doing the sacrifice.
27:43 The one who is intelligent, Muslim,
27:45 or from the people of the book.
27:47 So, it is not right to use the machine sacrifice.
27:49 It is not permissible.
27:51 Then, a brother asked
27:53 whether one can offer the prayer
27:55 by wearing shoes or not.
27:57 You can offer the prayer by wearing shoes.
27:59 You can also offer the prayer by removing the shoes.
28:01 If you are offering the prayer
28:03 by wearing shoes,
28:05 then see if the shoes are unclean.
28:07 If the shoes are clean,
28:09 then you can also offer the prayer by wearing shoes.
28:11 Some people have this misconception
28:13 that shoes are used everywhere.
28:15 So, the shoes are unclean.
28:17 It is not like that.
28:19 In the toilets,
28:21 the shoes are used separately.
28:23 The shoes worn by the people
28:25 are not used in the toilets.
28:27 And even if they are used,
28:29 they are being careful
28:31 that no unclean shoes are used.
28:33 And even if the shoes are used,
28:35 they are not used on the ground.
28:37 If the shoes are rubbed,
28:39 then the shoes are unclean.
28:41 So, until the shoes are confirmed
28:43 and the belief is not confirmed
28:45 that they are unclean,
28:47 they cannot be called unclean.
28:49 And if they are not unclean,
28:51 then they can be worn
28:53 and offered the prayer.
28:55 And if they are unclean
28:57 or doubtful,
28:59 then it is better to remove them.
29:01 But when they are removed,
29:03 then the ground on which they are standing
29:05 should also be clean.
29:07 Then, a brother asked
29:09 whether ablution is performed in the wash?
29:11 We have already said this
29:13 in the previous program that
29:15 ablution is also performed in the wash.
29:17 It is not necessary to perform ablution separately.
29:19 But whether you will get the reward of ablution
29:21 or not,
29:23 you will get the reward of ablution
29:25 when you will do ablution
29:27 or purification,
29:29 Allah's will,
29:31 then you will get the reward.
29:33 So, it is better that you do ablution
29:35 while washing so that you get the reward of ablution.
29:37 If you have not done ablution,
29:39 then you will get the reward of ablution
29:41 and you can offer the prayer.
29:43 But if you want to do fresh ablution,
29:45 then it is better to do it.
29:47 It is not like that
29:49 you are doing fresh ablution
29:51 and it is better to do it for the prayer.
29:53 It is better to do fresh ablution.
29:55 It is better to do it for the prayer.
29:57 It is better to do it for the prayer.
29:59 It is better to do it for the prayer.
30:01 It is better to do it for the prayer.
30:03 But whether it is necessary or not,
30:05 it is better to do it for the prayer.
30:07 So, it is better to do it for the prayer.
30:09 It is better to do it for the prayer.
30:11 Then, a brother asked
30:13 whether you can recite the Holy Quran
30:15 during the month of Muharram or not.
30:17 During the month of Muharram,
30:19 you cannot recite the Holy Quran
30:21 with the intention of reciting the Holy Quran.
30:23 Those Surahs or those Ayats
30:25 in which Allah's
30:27 praise, praise,
30:29 praise,
30:31 praise,
30:33 praise,
30:35 or the subject of prayer
30:37 can be recited with the intention of
30:39 reciting the Holy Quran
30:41 and not with the intention of reciting the Holy Quran.
30:43 And the words "Kul"
30:45 can also be recited with the intention of reciting the Holy Quran
30:47 but the word "Kul"
30:49 should be removed.
30:51 Because with the word "Kul"
30:53 the Quran is determined.
30:55 So, it is not allowed to recite with the word "Kul".
30:57 So, the subject of prayer
30:59 or the Ayat or Surah
31:01 can be recited with the intention of reciting the Holy Quran
31:03 or with the intention of praying.
31:05 However, it cannot be recited with the intention of reciting the Holy Quran
31:07 during the month of Muharram.
31:09 Then, a brother asked
31:11 my mother went to Madinah
31:13 and after Umrah
31:15 she went to Madinah.
31:17 When she had to come to Makkah from Madinah
31:19 she was sick.
31:21 She could not perform Umrah due to her illness.
31:23 She passed away.
31:25 Now she has come back.
31:27 So, what will be the order?
31:29 The order is
31:31 that she has to perform Dhamm.
31:33 She will perform Dhamm.
31:35 It is necessary to perform Dhamm within the limits of the Haram.
31:37 It cannot be performed here.
31:39 It can be done by making someone a lawyer
31:41 and he can perform the sacrifice
31:43 within the limits of the Haram.
31:45 It can be done.
31:47 But, she has to perform Dhamm.
31:49 And, since Umrah was also made obligatory
31:51 she has to perform Umrah.
31:53 Because, when she passed away
31:55 she stayed in Makkah for two days
31:57 and she did not perform Umrah
31:59 nor did she perform the Haram.
32:01 So, now Umrah is obligatory on her.
32:03 So, whenever she has to go in her life
32:05 she will perform Umrah.
32:07 And, she will also perform Dhamm.
32:09 Then, a brother asked
32:11 that there is Ba Jamaat Namaz
32:13 and during Ba Jamaat Namaz
32:15 some people are not able to perform Sajdah
32:17 so they sit on a chair and perform Namaz.
32:19 Some are not able to perform Sajdah
32:21 so they sit on a chair and perform Namaz.
32:23 Some are not able to perform Sajdah
32:25 so they sit on a chair and perform Namaz.
32:27 So, what is the best way
32:29 or what should be done?
32:31 So, the Namaz which is to be performed
32:33 on a chair is in the command of a Mu'min.
32:35 Mu'min means the one who performs Namaz
32:37 with a sign.
32:39 And, the one who performs Namaz with a sign
32:41 is not able to perform Sajdah
32:43 so he is in the command of the one
32:45 who performs Namaz with a sign.
32:47 So, it is not necessary for him to perform
32:49 the Qiyam.
32:51 But, if he is able to stand
32:53 during Qiyam, then it is permissible
32:55 to perform Namaz.
32:57 But, it is better
32:59 that he does not perform Qiyam
33:01 and sits on a chair and performs Namaz
33:03 with a sign.
33:05 And, if we talk about the chair,
33:07 it is better to keep it at the end of the row.
33:09 That is, the chair should not be kept
33:11 in the middle of the row.
33:13 It should be kept at the end of the row
33:15 so that the other Namazis do not have any trouble.
33:17 And, there should not be any kind of
33:19 doubt or doubt about the row.
33:21 So, it is better to keep the chair at the end of the row.
33:23 So, we have explained the command of Namaz
33:25 on the chair.
33:27 Then, a sister asked,
33:29 if the Lachoriya is reddish or yellowish
33:31 and there is a suspicion of blood or pus
33:33 then the Wudhu is broken.
33:35 The Lachoriya is not pure.
33:37 But, the white one is pure.
33:39 So, it is better to wash it in such a way
33:41 that it is completely white
33:43 and there is no suspicion of blood or pus.
33:45 So, it is not pure Wudhu.
33:47 Since it is not pure Wudhu,
33:49 it can be performed.
33:51 But, it is better to wash it.
33:53 And, it is better to change the clothes
33:55 and perform the Namaz.
33:57 But, if you perform the Namaz
33:59 with the same clothes,
34:01 it is not pure Wudhu.
34:03 But, the scholars disagree.
34:05 It is better to change the clothes
34:07 and perform the Namaz
34:09 so that your Namaz is correct
34:11 according to all the scholars.
34:13 Dear viewers, the time of the program has ended.
34:15 May Allah be your, and ours,
34:17 and your support.
34:19 Inshallah, we will be back
34:21 with new questions in the next program.
