03:05In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.
03:35In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.
04:05And the meaning of fardh is that this worship is necessary and necessary.
04:09This worship cannot be left without any legitimate obligation.
04:14And if by any legitimate obligation, this worship cannot be performed in Ramadan,
04:20then its Qaza is necessary later.
04:22And if Qaza cannot be performed, then after leaving this world,
04:27or in the case of becoming very weak, Fidya is also performed.
04:31This makes it clear that this worship cannot be left without any legitimate obligation.
04:35Performing this worship is also necessary.
04:37And if this worship cannot be performed in Ramadan,
04:40then its Qaza is necessary later.
04:44Or later, after leaving this world, Fidya is also necessary.
04:48So, it is known that this worship is also Fardh.
04:51Now, on whom is Fardh?
04:52So, Muslim, Aqil, Baligh.
04:54These three conditions are necessary for every worship.
04:57After this, there are two more conditions.
04:59The first is that the person on whom the Fardh is performed,
05:02he also has the condition that he is a Muqeem, that is, he is not a traveler.
05:06To complete the journey of 92 kilometers,
05:10if a person goes out of the limits of his city,
05:13the place where he is going, he has an intention to stay there for 15 days or more,
05:17then he is a traveler.
05:19On this, it has been given permission,
05:21the Shariah has given permission that if he does not fast during his journey,
05:25then he will perform Qaza later.
05:27So, if he is a Muqeem, he is not a traveler,
05:29and the Shariah is not permitting him to fast,
05:31then it is Fardh to fast for him.
05:33Similarly, the person who is healthy,
05:35it is Fardh to fast for him also.
05:37Tandrusti means that there should not be any such disease,
05:40that because of fasting, he will die,
05:42or some organ will be wasted,
05:44or in the same way, there should not be any suspicion of prolonging the disease,
05:48and there should not be any such disease,
05:50which becomes the bias of severe loss in fasting.
05:52If all these conditions are not there,
05:54then such a person is called healthy,
05:56and such a person will fast,
05:58and in Ramadan, it is Fardh to fast for him,
06:00and it is necessary and necessary.
06:02Right, and we have heard and read since childhood,
06:04that there is blessing in eating Sehri.
06:06We also know about the blessings and blessings of Sehri.
06:10But Alima Ayesha Birani Sahiba,
06:12please tell us,
06:14if the eyes do not open in Sehri,
06:16it happens sometimes like this,
06:18then what is the Shariah order to fast?
06:20I seek refuge with Allah from the accursed Shaitan.
06:22In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful.
06:24Fasting is a blessed Sunnah.
06:26It has been the beloved practice of the Prophet,
06:28peace and blessings of Allah be upon him.
06:30The Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him,
06:32has encouraged people to fast.
06:34And the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him,
06:36has said,
06:38that Allah and His angels
06:40send blessings to those who fast.
06:42In the same way,
06:44the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him,
06:46has said,
06:48that you should fast,
06:50that there is blessing in Sehri.
06:52Fasting is a good practice.
06:54It should be done,
06:56even if a person does not take
06:58any food like water or dates.
07:00But fasting or not fasting
07:02has nothing to do with Sehri.
07:04That is,
07:06if someone does not fast,
07:08it does not mean that
07:10his fast will not be counted.
07:12For example,
07:14some people think that
07:16if someone does not fast,
07:18his fast will not be counted.
07:20But fasting is a must.
07:22So, if you do not fast,
07:24it will not affect the health of your fast.
07:26But you should fast.
07:28It is not a miracle
07:30to fast without fasting.
07:32It is better to fast
07:34according to the Sunnah of Allah.
07:36This is a very good thing.
07:38Subhanallah.
07:40The Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him,
07:42has said that there is blessing in Sehri.
07:44And if you like it,
07:46it is better to fast.
07:48This is a very good thing.
07:50Mufti Sahab, please come.
07:52Qabla-e-Muhtarim, please tell us
07:54about the obligation of fasting
07:56and what is the obligation of fasting.
07:58Please also tell us about Sehri.
08:00If you do not fast in Sehri,
08:02what is the Shari'ah order to fast?
08:04In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.
08:06Peace and blessings of Allah be upon His Beloved,
08:08Muhammad, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him.
08:10As far as the obligation of fasting is concerned,
08:12fasting is such a worship
08:14that it is not only obligatory on us,
08:16but it is also obligatory
08:18on the previous Ummah.
08:20Allah, the Almighty,
08:22has said in the Qur'an,
08:24Furqan-e-Hameed, Burhan-e-Rasheed,
08:34O you who have faith,
08:36fasting is obligatory on you
08:38as it was obligatory on those before you
08:40so that you become free.
08:42Fasting is also obligatory
08:44on you as it was
08:46obligatory on us as well.
08:48The importance of fasting
08:50was made clear
08:52by the fact that it is
08:54obligatory on other Ummah
08:56as well as on us.
08:58The commandments
09:00sent by Allah,
09:02the heavenly books,
09:04were based on fasting.
09:06The importance of fasting
09:08shows the significance of it.
09:10Secondly,
09:12there is a special blessing
09:14that our reward
09:16has been given more than
09:18those before us.
09:20The concession
09:22has been given more than
09:24those before us.
09:26Those before us had
09:28a lot of hardship.
09:30Their worship had
09:32a lot of strictness.
09:34The worship we have been given
09:36has less strictness,
09:38more lightness,
09:40and the reward
09:42has been given more than
09:44those before us.
09:46The concession has been given
09:48more than those before us.
09:50Fasting is obligatory on us
09:52as it was obligatory on those
09:54before us as well.
09:56Fasting is obligatory on us
09:58and we should never
10:00take it lightly.
10:02The importance of fasting
10:04is greater than
10:06anything else.
10:08The five pillars of Islam
10:10have been mentioned by
10:12the Holy Prophet, peace be upon him.
10:26The foundation of Islam
10:28is based on five things.
10:30The first is to bear witness
10:32that there is no God but Allah.
10:34The second is to bear witness
10:36that there is no God but Allah.
10:38The third is to give zakat.
10:40The fourth is to perform hajj.
10:42The fifth is to fast during Ramadan.
10:44These are the five pillars
10:46of Islam.
10:48These are the pillars of Islam.
10:50Every person has
10:52his own religion
10:54and it is based on his religion.
10:56The person who leaves fasting
10:58during Ramadan
11:00means that
11:02he has left
11:04a pillar of his religion.
11:06A pillar is a pillar
11:08and any building
11:10is built on pillars.
11:12If a single pillar
11:14falls,
11:16you can imagine
11:18the destruction
11:20of the building.
11:22The five pillars
11:24of Islam
11:26are the pillars of fasting.
11:28If someone leaves fasting
11:30without permission,
11:32he is causing
11:34great loss to the country.
11:36Therefore, one should not
11:38leave fasting without permission.
11:40In the cases where
11:42the Shariah has given permission,
11:44one has to perform
11:46fasting later.
11:48For example, if a traveler
11:50has been given permission,
11:52he has to fast later.
11:54For a traveler,
11:56it is better to
11:58leave fasting
12:00before Ramadan.
12:02If a traveler
12:04has been given permission,
12:06he will not be a sinner.
12:08However, if a traveler
12:10leaves fasting before Ramadan,
12:12it is better for him
12:14and he will be rewarded.
12:16Ramadan is the
12:18best month of Ramadan.
12:20If a traveler
12:22leaves fasting
12:24before Ramadan,
12:26he will not be
12:28a sinner.
12:30If a traveler
12:32leaves fasting before Ramadan,
12:34it is better for him
12:36and he will be rewarded.
12:38However, if a traveler
12:40leaves fasting
12:42before Ramadan,
12:44it is better for him
12:46and he will be rewarded.
12:48However, if a traveler
12:50leaves fasting
12:52before Ramadan,
12:54it is better for him
12:56and he will be rewarded.

19:44which is kept in Ramadan
19:46its intention
19:48can be like this
19:50its intention
19:52can be like this
19:54its intention
19:56can be like this
19:58and sometimes
20:00in Sehri
20:02the eyes don't open
20:04and it becomes Tula-e-Fajr
20:06so in such a situation
20:08there can still be an intention
20:10and that intention can be
20:12Dahwa-e-Kubra
20:14before Dahwa-e-Kubra
20:16the intention of Ramadan's fasting
20:18can be made
20:20and this is the order of Nafl fasting
20:22and as far as Ramadan's Qaza fasting
20:24is concerned
20:26the intention of Qaza fasting
20:28should be made
20:30before the time of fasting
20:32i.e. before Tula-e-Fajr
20:34i.e. before Zawal
20:36there is no option
20:38to make an intention
20:40and this is the order
20:42of Wajib fasting
20:44so in summary
20:46if Ramadan's fasting
20:48is kept in Ramadan
20:50then
20:52before Tula-e-Fajr
20:54and if the eyes
20:56don't open in Sehri
20:58then the intention can be made
21:00before Dahwa-e-Kubra
21:02and this is the order of Nafl fasting
21:04and if Ramadan's fasting
21:06is kept in Qaza or Wajib
21:08then the intention should be made
21:10before Tula-e-Fajr
21:12now if we talk about the intention
21:14the intention is the strong will of the heart
21:16now it is obvious
21:18that waking up for Sehri
21:20making Sehri, eating Sehri
21:22this is also a part of the intention
21:24that's why a person is preparing for Sehri
21:26that he has to fast tomorrow
21:28but the best and preferred action
21:30is that a person
21:32should say the words
21:34i.e. I make the intention
21:36of tomorrow's fasting for the sake of Allah
21:38and the supplications should be recited
21:40apart from this
21:42the question is
21:44that after making the intention
21:46there is time
21:48you have made the intention
21:50absolutely, as long as there is time
21:52even after making the intention
21:54you can drink water
21:56you can eat something
21:58and it is better that after that
22:00the intention should be returned
22:02and even if you didn't make the intention
22:04even then it will be counted as fasting
22:06Hazrat, you tell us
22:08regarding these two questions
22:10that when to stop eating during Sehri
22:12and then continue eating till Azan-e-Fajr
22:14if some people
22:16then what will be the order of that
22:18please tell us
22:20as far as Sehri is concerned
22:22it is right that
22:24it is recommended to postpone Sehri
22:26Sehri should be done with delay
22:28in Iftaar, it is recommended to postpone
22:30Sehri is recommended to postpone
22:32and it has been commanded
22:34and it has been given in Hadith
22:36but it doesn't mean that
22:38it should be delayed so much
22:40that the time of Sehri ends
22:42and you continue after that
22:44that delay is not meant
22:46the delay in Iftaar
22:48is also recommended
22:50that as soon as the time of Iftaar ends
22:52the delay is meant
22:54it doesn't mean that the time of Iftaar
22:56hasn't ended yet and you do Iftaar
22:58this way the fast is ruined
23:00this is the matter of Sehri
23:02that if the time of Sehri has ended
23:04and even after that you continue eating
23:06and Azan is being done properly
23:08if Azan is being done at wrong time
23:10it is a different matter
23:12but if Azan is being done at right time
23:14then the time of Fajr Salah
23:16starts when the time of Sehri
23:18ends
23:20so during that Azan
23:22if someone eats and drinks
23:24then his fast will not end
23:26and the other thing is
23:28the famous Hadith of Prophet Daud
23:30about which some people
23:32keep posting on social media
23:34every time
23:36when you have utensils in your hand
23:38and Azan comes
23:40and you have utensils in your hand
23:42then you should not keep those utensils
23:44until you fulfill your need
23:46i.e. you should eat
23:48what is in the utensils
23:50this tradition is being raised
23:52that you can eat during Azan
23:54so this is not correct
23:56the Imams themselves
23:58have explained
24:00this
24:02that this means
24:04Azan of Hazrat Bilal
24:06which was the Azan of Tahajjud
24:08or this is the matter of Maghrib
24:10this is not the matter of
24:12Azan of Fajr
24:14this is the matter of
24:16Azan of Maghrib
24:18this is not the matter of
24:20Azan of Fajr
24:22and the teachings of
24:24Quran are the same
24:26the difference between
24:28Sadaq and Qadib
24:30after that
24:32there is no permission
24:34to eat or drink
24:36or to do anything
24:38we have also seen
24:40that some elders
24:42used to tell their wives
24:44to eat and drink
24:46until Azan comes
24:48and sometimes
24:50a sister called
24:52and said that
24:5415 months were over
24:56and I still did it
24:58so did I fast or not?
25:00what was the point of fasting?
25:02we should not do like this
25:04we should not take
25:06a break
25:08we will be back
25:10after the break
25:36Drinking water from sister's hands is Makrooh
25:38and I would like to include
25:40the questions of the sisters
25:42yesterday
25:44a sister asked a question
25:46due to lack of time
25:48she asked
25:50if a sister does not have
25:52bangles in her hands
25:54then drinking water from her hands
25:56is Makrooh
25:58is this right?
26:00this is a misconception
26:02in old age
26:04there is nothing like this
26:06in Quran and Sunnah
26:08there is nothing like this
26:10in religion
26:12as far as wearing bangles is concerned
26:14it is Mubah
26:16Mubah means
26:18that wearing bangles
26:20is neither good nor bad
26:22neither it is forbidden
26:24nor it is obligatory
26:26and if she does not have bangles
26:28and she is feeding
26:30or drinking water
26:32then it is right
26:34to drink water from her hands
26:36there is nothing wrong
26:38in this
26:40it is a misconception
26:42it is a misunderstanding
26:44which she spread
26:46and some people
26:48still believe
26:50that if a woman
26:52does not have bangles
26:54then she will be Makrooh
26:56but this is not true
26:58as far as
27:00hair collars are concerned
27:02a sister asked
27:04if it is right
27:06to dye hair
27:08or cut nails
27:10in women's special days
27:12if a woman
27:14cuts nails
27:16then there is nothing wrong
27:18if she dyes her hair
27:20then there is nothing wrong
27:22in normal days
27:24these activities
27:26are permissible
27:28one is
27:30Namaz
27:32second is
27:34recitation of Quran
27:36third is
27:38touching
27:40these things
27:42are not allowed
27:44in special days
27:46otherwise
27:48cutting nails
27:50or dyeing hair
27:52is permissible
27:54in special days
27:56then a sister
27:58asked if a person
28:00has severe fever
28:02and if he breaks his fast
28:04in this case
28:06there will be only Qadha or Kaffara
28:08due to severe fever
28:10if it is difficult
28:12to break the fast
28:14then Shariah gives permission
28:16to break the fast
28:18and on the basis of Shariah
28:20there will be only Qadha
28:22not Kaffara
28:24Shariah has given
28:26such a permission
28:28that if a person is sick
28:30then he can leave the fast
28:32and the fast is forgiven
28:34it is not forgiven
28:36it is delayed
28:38Shariah gives permission
28:40to break the fast
28:42with the condition
28:44that the Qadha of the fast
28:46has to be kept later
28:48if the fast is broken
28:50then there will be Qadha later
28:52it is related to
28:54some sisters
28:56who think
28:58that if a woman
29:00is pregnant
29:02or if a woman
29:04feeds her children
29:06then the fast is forgiven
29:08they are wrong
29:10if a woman is pregnant
29:12or if she feeds her children
29:14then she has to keep the fast
29:16if she has to keep the fast
29:18in those days
29:20if she is pregnant
29:22or if she is pregnant
29:24or if she is pregnant
29:26or if she is pregnant
29:28then Shariah gives permission
29:30to break the fast
29:32and the Qadha of the fast
29:34is forgiven
29:36it is delayed
29:38and the Qadha of the fast
29:40is forgiven
